Had an amazing experience with Justin who helped me choose my dress at the Rockville David’s Bridal! Also had a fabulous experience with Birdi in alterations! She took the time to show my mom how to do the bustle (I recommend making a video on your phone as she is explaining so you can refer to it on the wedding day) Had 2 fittings, no wait and the dress fit perfectly! They really were invested in helping me look flawless for my big day!! Would recommend it highly to friends!
Bought my dress from the Rockville store and had a wonderful experience. I had my alterations appointment last night and Ms.Birdi was wonderful!! I had to take a break and sit multiple times during my alterations and she was so incredibly patient with me. The only down fall is that alterations are very very expensive. I had half the piece of my dress for just alterations (getting a hem and a bustle). I understand the skirt of my dress has many layers but it's a little outrageous. I went today to the one in Rockville to buy my wedding dress, this was my 3 appt and the first at David’s tidal and I had the BEST experience with my consultant Jasmine she was kind always with positive comments,she is a listener and very patient and she showed interest in helping me find the dress , she even cry with me as I was thanking her and ringing the bell !!! I want to thank her for paying attention to details about my style and being sensitive to my needs helping me find THE ONE!!! I love it!!
Amazing place had lovely selection of dresses
They were able to get me in a dress and fitted in two weeks time for a spontaneous wedding I’m Bermuda! Thy even accommodated a same night alteration before I flew out. The alterations department does great work!
