I purchased my wedding dress at another location out of state in 2019, and then we pushed the wedding back a year due to the pandemic. I cried when I tried my dress on at home because I had gained weight and it no longer closed… Florence and Birdie in alterations did an amazing job letting the dress out! They truly worked miracles and the dress fits like a dream. I had an excellent experience at David’s Bridal from the moment I walked in the door to leaving with my perfectly altered dress. Florencia did an excellent job, completing several alterations (including correcting a factory defect), in order to make my dream dress look custom-made. So grateful for the wonderful ladies at DB!
Florencia was amazing to work with! My wedding was supposed to be in 2020, and I had bought my dress in 2019. From 2019 to now I lost 40 lbs and Florencia was able to tailor the dress to my current size and made it seem as if the dress was custom made for me! She was very patient and was able to bring my vision to life!
