Finding the dress took me a long time, so I can tell you that there are some salons out there much better than this david's bridal, and some that are much, much worse. In general, everyone was responsive and helpful. I wish they were a little more willing to listen to what I wanted rather than the way it is normally done (*cough* alterations department!) but my dress will be a success for the big day.

My dress was beautiful (after I got it pressed by my dry cleaner/tailor... it came very wrinkled) but I didn't have it altered by David's, as they weren't willing to make the alterations I wanted.

I was home visiting family and decided to take my mom to the local David's Bridal. I worked with Martha, who was amazing! I told her the style I was going for and she picked several dresses. There was one dress that was THE dress. I live in New Mexico and was getting married in Las Vegas. The dress I tried on was a tad too small, so Martha ordered one size up. I went to DB on two separate occasions, so I'm averaging the two for my ratings. My first visit, I had Amber, who was lovely and amazing and very helpful. I didn't end up buying a dress that time, but she still helped me in and out of a ton of dresses and didn't get upset that I didn't buy a dress that time. She was very busy with me and another bride and apologized for it, but she was so good at her job that it honestly wasn't an issue. Everyone was very helpful! Alterations were perfect even with last minute changes to bridesmaids dresses they were very accommodating.

Number #1 location PERIOD!!❤ They were very helpful and i was able to get my bridesmaid and jr. Flower doll dress promptly!!! The best!!!

I think I went at the busiest time for David's Bridal and still receive excellent, prompt service without an appointment. I walked into the store and several brides and their parties were already there receiving service. I was asked to sign-in for service and not even a minute later I had my own personal assistant helping me pick out wedding dresses and trying them on. At first, I was really unsure about getting my wedding dress at David's Bridal. I wanted something unique and didn't think I'd be able to find it at David's Bridal. I went to a fancy boutique and had a terrible experience. I left that salon in tears, and a friend suggested just popping into David's Bridal to help me feel better.
