After going to a bridal salon in the area, and being extremely disappointed with their service, I was pleasantly surprised by the decent quality of service at the Rockville DB. I think it largely depends on who assists you and the salesgirl who helped me was extremely easy going and offered her opinion and suggestions. David's Bridal was great. I had brides maids in three differnt states and we never had one problem. And my flower girls were able to oder thier sashes with no problems. They have such a wide selectiona nd the prices are great as well.
As with any bridal warehouse, the David�s Bridal in Rockville was a zoo! Having visited the store several times over our long engagement, I had the opportunity to work with various attendants. Some were good, others not so good. The experience depends almost entirely on who is assigned to your dressing room. In the end, however, it was worth it for access to a large variety of dresses and a relatively inexpensive gown.
I loved my wedding dress and the price is right at DB, but I did have some issues with the bridesmaids dresses. My BMs were all out of state and had to go to different stores, but DB had my info in their system and knew that the dress color was lavender (any style the girls wanted). Somehow they let my MOH order a navy blue dress! We realized the mistake ~2 weeks later, only to find out that it was too late to order her dress in lavender, and she had to get a dark purple one instead. Ok service, wasn't at all impressed with the staff and their responsiveness. The prices were great. Mr bridal party found what they wanted and my dress was perfect for my beach wedding and super cheap.
I got only my wedding dress (not the other bridal party dresses) from David's bridal, and it was a great experience. Sharon was my assistant at the Rockville store, and she was so patient, helpful, and great! I came in with certain dress numbers on my list, having seen them on-line. None of them really looked right on me in person, so when I told her generally what I was looking for, she went away and came back with a few dresses off the racks. One of them was perfect! It was so easy to find not only my dress, but my bridesmaids, flower girls, and my mother's dress at David's Bridal. The staff was nice, efficient, and very helpful. I would highly recommend David's to anyone looking for great bridal attire at a reasonable price.
I got my wedding dress, veil, shoes and all the bridesmaids dresses and shoes at Davids Bridal in Rockville, MD. My husband and all the groomsmen got their shoes and tuxes at Mens Warehouse which is associated with Davids Bridal. The service was great and efficient. I could work within my price range without pressure and get everything at one place with definitely cut down on the stress. I loved my dress!!!!! It was perfect for my early afternoon garden wedding. I also got my invitations here, which came out beautiful.
I tried to find a wedding a dress here, but was unsucessful. However, I did find my beautiful bridesmaid dresses. The staff was helpful but not as individualized as the staff people at the small boutique I got my dress at. However, overall I was very pleased. We had to ship the bridesmaid dresses to England, and the staff was helpful in giving us a box to use that would fit all of the dresses in it.
