Nice dresses, friendly staff.
I was shockingly surprised at how well I got along with Davids Bridal. I was really impressed with our salesperson! She was so sweet and managed to dress myself and my MOH instantly. In addition, I truly loved working with the seamstress. She was amazing!
My wedding dressed arrived early which was good. They didn't contact myself or my bridesmaids when the bridesmaids dresses arrived, but it was fine since I had purchased the dresses months before the wedding date. Overall the services were fine.
The dress I bought from David's Briday was great because it fit into my budget and was good quality. The alterations department was fast (took in the hem despite difficult lace less than a week before my wedding). The only problem was that the bustle was too small, making it difficult to actually bustle the dress for the reception. The bustle also tore the chiffon overlay of the dress. I would recommend David's Bridal for brides on a budget.
I'm not a fussy bride or a prissy name brand girl to begin with, so getting my dress at David's bridal was perfect for me. I loved that none of the dresses were priced at more than $1000. (Let's be real, when will you wear your wedding dress again? Save the money for a down payment of your first home together) My mother and I found the dress of my dreams. Beautiful, inexpensive dresses, but should expect no assistance in selection, etc. I was lucky to find my dress on sale. I like the fit and the classic look. They have a very nice selection of petticoats and veils. The flowergirl dresses we ordered are very cute for the price. The salespeople at the David's store in Rockville, Maryland are not very helpful and are borderline rude. I wouldn't recommend David's unless you have a very clear idea of what you are looking for.
My consultant was very patient. I never felt rushed, she had a very positive attitude and very professional. I loved my wedding dress I bought the fourth one I tried on. I love the price of my dress I knew I would only wear it once. I was very satisfied with my overall experience.
Definitely have an appointment before you go here. They usually try to assign one employee per bride, but sometimes are unable to. Good prices, and patient people, they know what they are doing. Got my wedding dress & bridesmaid dresses here too.
They did a great job with my gown. IT was beautifull. I loved it so much.
