David’s Bridal is the WORST. Do not buy from them. I brought 2 bridesmaids with me to choose a dress that they felt comfortable in. Upon finding one, they both tried on sizes that they would be ordering and we left. When the dresses were available for pick up one of my girls went in to get it and asked if she needed to try it on in store to make sure it fit. I was not happy with my experience here today. I’m by no means a double zero in size, but I surely didn’t deserve to feel like I was to big to find a dress for me on my visit by Emma! I understand I came in with 2 weeks until my date but I was not looking to have anything huge or fancy. the girl we had, Emma (?)was quite rude to my daughter. we've never done this before, so we had no idea what to expect. She pretty much body shamed my daughter. beautiful dresses though & the hostess was super sweet and welcoming.

I have had the absolute worst experience with them. I get married In 10 days and this is the second time they have had to fix my junior bridesmaid dress first time I couldn’t even tell you what they did but it didn’t fit so the manager was being very nice and said she would fix it. Had an appointment but was NOT treated like a bride at all. Rushed thru some and waited forever to get the attention my daughter deserves. Finally got accessories at the end and woops .. there goes the consultant again. I'll drive her to the beach to get the attention she deserves.

Had an awesome experience at David's Bridal today.. my consultant was new but I was impressed with her knowledge and helpfulness.. the dress I choose surprised even me ...she kept bringing dresses until.i found " the one"...and it wasn't even what I had envisioned...but it was perfect!!! I'll be going back in the future
The first time I went to David's Bridal my fiancée and I had an awesome experience thanks to Paris. What made me give them one star which is more than what they should get is my second visit. I came with my bridal party expecting to look at gowns and find my dream dress that was not the case at all we were greeted and waited for a stylist to finish and be free to help once she got there to us she did nothing of the sort.
