Came to this store because when I went in Detroit (closer to where my Ma lives) they didn't have the dress I really wanted to try. This store however had it, as well as a way nicer selection of the dresses I saw online. It's definitely not a *luxury* shopping experience, but I had a great time with Sylvia, who was knowledgeable, funny and attentive. What a phenomenal experience at David's bridal! I had Jean as my consultant and for my bridesmaids as well and she is so sweet and very helpful! She knew exactly what I was looking for in a dress and it turns out it was the very first dress I tried on that I had said yes to! I highly recommend David's bridal to anyone! 😊❤️
First time dress shopping and was nervous about what my stylist would be like but that quickly went away once I started working with Karen M. She was friendly, helpful, very patient and was able to help me find the perfect dress. I had a great experience and would recommend her in a heartbeat 😃
Amazing!!!! Karen M. was the perfect embodiment of what real customer service is! She was patient, friendly, and listened to what we were looking for! The whole team was so accommodating! From the district manager to the store manager it was all hands on deck to help my sister glow! I didn’t think it was possible but she found a dress she loved! They did such an amazing job they we are already booked for the bridal party fitting! Thank you for everything!

Went to David’s with a budget in mind and the first gown I tried was the perfect one & within my budget! Sandy, the one assigned to assist me, was super helpful. It helped that my sisters and a niece were there to capture everything we had so much fun!❤️
I went in today to for my bridesmaids to try on dresses. A lot of dresses to choose from (unfortunately not a lot of short style) however our experience was overall good. Our consultant was very helpful with answering all of our questions. It is a busy place so it didn't feel very personal overall, however with the amount of customers that were in there it was understandable.

I went in today for my first time dress shopping with my mom and younger sister (7 year old) & with no plans to actually purchase a dress. I called to let them know I would be about 10 minutes late - no problem. We were immediately greeted upon walking into the store and met our consultant, Allison, after browsing the dresses for a few minutes. Allison was AMAZING!
