I am SO pleased by the customer service at the David’s Bridal in Schaumburg. I bought my maid of honor dress here last year for my sister’s wedding. The Vera Wang dress that I wanted came in within 2 weeks and alterations took 1 week. I knew I had to come back here for my wedding dress. I came in and Erin G helped me try a bunch on. She was pleasant, super friendly, & helpful. My mom was late and missed the appointment. I loved the sales person that helped us but it is extremely pricey. I wish they would have affordable dresses for social occasions. They do have beautiful gowns and dresses. The accessories are very nice too.

Went to David's Bridal with my bridal party and had a fantastic experience. Was originally just looking for bridesmaid's dresses but ended up finding my wedding dress as well. We had the pleasure of having Samantha as our bridal expert and she was amazing!! Showed us exactly what we requested and was sooo very sweet and helpful, even with our slightly crazy group!!! She truly made our experience magical!!!

Samantha was absolutely fabulous. We went for bridesmaid dresses, but my sister also needed a wedding dress. Samantha was patient with our antics, yes we were a bit loud and crazy, and she did a fantastic job. Got the the bridesmaid dresses and the wedding gown in an hour and a half. I highly recommend Samantha!!!

The second appointment was a charm. Mercedes was the absolute best. She was able to take me completely out of my comfort zone, and I absolutely fell in love with my dress. And I love that Shawna was able to be there for me, after my not so good experience at the Vernon Hills store. I’m so extremely happy that Mercedes and Shawna helped me find my dream dress, and make my day even more special.
