Estimations on alterations would be a start.. or at least naming items and price of what they cost to be done. Better service when you walk in the door. Half the time I went there no one was helping me. Kathy I believe her name was helped me the last and final time I will ever go there again. she told me she would be right back for me and then 15 minutes passed and nothing. We went to get a wedding dress for my daughter- and the sales lady told me when we purchased it that to have it altered would be about 100$-150$. We went back in for the fitting and the lady in charge of alterations came back with a price of $470 or more (almost as much As the initial dress cost itself.) First time going to David’s bridal to try on wedding dresses. They didn’t have much of selection in bigger sizes and the lady was not very much interested in helping me.

I have had nothing but major issues with our orders from David's Bridal. First we went in the beginning of October and I found a dress I liked better then the rest. when we went to order the lady said unfortunately my dress was discontinued and the Sioux falls location had the very last 2 of the dresses that would ever be made. one was a size 2 and one was about 2-3 sizes too big for me, had lots of beading falling off and a couple tears in the netting fabric.
