Today was the day I said yes to the dress all thanks to their wonderful staff member Maryn. What a wonderful experience one that I will not forget. She was patient and kind and under stood my concerns about finding the right dress as well as being so accommodating to my aunt who was with us with a broken foot! It was such a pleasure to work with her!! I am more than excited about my dress!! Thank you Maryn!
Katie, the manager at the Sioux Falls, SD store is wonderful and is willing to do whatever she can to help customers! I purchased a bridesmaid's dress at the biggest Davids Bridal store in Maryland for a wedding in a short 8 weeks. The store in Maryland had extremely poor customer service and I was highly dissatisfied when they told me there was nothing they could or were willing to do to try to get the bridesmaid dress earlier than the day prior to the wedding. David's bridal's team was awesome! They helped us pick out beautiful dresses and were accommodating to all shapes and sizes!!
Seriously have never had the best customer service anywhere else. Not only did I buy my wedding gown but have also gotten several bridesmaid dresses and other dresses here. I have always had wonderful experiences and the girls have been so helpful! I will continue to shop here!
