After a very frustrating experience with google stating that store hours were different than the actual hours of operations, the store manager helped to make my experience with this location much better. Because of the issue with google, I missed a sale. The manager gave me the sale price of a dress I ordered and refunded me the difference. When in doubt, talk to the in store manager and don’t waste your time calling corporate. Happy to see things were fixed in a timely manner!
My experience today was BEYOND amazing! My stylist was Brittney and she listened to every single thing I was looking for in a dress. She paid attention to all of the details abt everything & she didn’t pull a single thing I didn’t love! I am so thankful my girls & I had this experience here today and I cannot wait to return :)

I was in the Toledo location yesterday for my dress alteration appointment and Logan was so nice and helpful! He was personable and did a great job getting the hem set up or my dress. My bridesmaids also found a dress that they all loved and the associates went above and beyond to help us get the sizes we needed with a limited time zone. It’s was a great day and we all enjoyed it.
I loved it! The ladies there were very patient and great at helping me decide what I liked and didn't like, I definitely will be coming back for my bridesmaid dresses and flower girl dresses. They were very excellent and so kind.

Had a wonderful first experience looking for my wedding dress with Megan, she was so helpful and awesome! Had a terrible first bridesmaids appointment with a girl working there.
