my experience at David Bridals was good the young lady that waited on me did an excellent job however they stretched her too thin she was taking care of me and 3 other people so I spent my entire hour basically doing a lot of waiting for her to return and unzip my dress or zip my dress when you are going to look at dresses it should be one attendant to One customer so that the customer gets all the good experience they're looking for but overall I had a great time ...thank you

My daughter and I had an appointment this morning to try on bridal gowns for her wedding in April. As soon as we arrived for our appointment we were happily greeted and handed off to our consultant Donna. Donna was so down-to-earth, friendly, warm and extremely knowledgeable in her craft. My daughter had a rack full of dresses picked to try on and after trying on only 2 dresses Donna herself had picked a dress that was THE DRESS! Sylvia was FABULOUS!! I didn't have the greatest first experience because they were packed and I didn't realize you get an hr to find the dress of your dreams. But I felt like a number with dollar signs attached. So, I picked a dress on the fly, decided to go back a week later and I got Sylvia, she listened and helped me find what I was looking for and even gave me ideas of things to try that looked good on my body type. She made all the difference in the experience!!!! Now, I'm super happy with my decision😍💍👰🏻
