I have nothing bad to say about the DB York location! Hannah was our assistant and she was fantastic! She was every welcoming and down to earth and made my experience amazing. She was very helpful in finding me the perfect dress and was just so kind- my mother, mother in law and two sisters were with me and we all couldn’t stop talking about how great she was. Megan is an amazing manager. I had ordered a dress for my friends wedding back in August. Since then, I have lost 25 pounds and plan to lose 25 more. I explained that I had already ordered a size up, and that the wedding is next June. The dress would have cost more to alter at that point. Everyone was very accommodating, full of energy, and helpful. Candice was my consultant, and she was fantastic. Everyone was enthusiastic and made me feel like a princess. Daughter finally found a place where they have a variety of styles that come in her size (petite)! Love that we can get the dress, shoes, and any accessories needed at one shop. Girls that have assisted us have been friendly and patient while she tried dresses on more than once. Other places are not so friendly and made us feel like it was all about the sale, so we appreciate the level of customer service here. Thanks!

I went in this past weekend and purchased my wedding dress. Lorrie and Meg were incredibly patient and helpful. I fell in love with one of the gowns I tried on, which happened to be discontinued. Unfortunately the dress I wanted was a size too small and it was the only remaining dress of that style in the store. Lorrie and Meg went the extra mile to speak with the alterations staff, as well as call the David's Bridal warehouse to locate my desired dress in my size.
