Fair prices and excellent service. We have three units. Two from Temple, now part of. Davis and one recently installed by Davis. Quick reliable service by well trained, experienced technicians. The install team of John and Daryl did a great job on our recent replacement unit. Very knowledgeable hard working team. Able to problem solve and customize the installation. Second time using Davis, once for emergency repair and most recently for preventative maintenance. Mike has been the technician both times and both times he's been punctual, courteous, and explains everything he's doing. Same with the office staff when I've called to set up appointments. Would definitely recommend.
During a recent cold snap we noticed that our mini split was not heating as it should. I contacted Davis Climate Control and explained my issue. They promptly sent technician Jesus. He was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue rather quickly (a refrigerant leak) and was able to "patch" it until the part came in.
