Dayla is a compassionate and empathetic therapist. What I love about her is that she's solutionary and offers useful and practical tools for managing anxiety and overall mental health. She's a good listener, and I appreciate her care and commitment to her clients.

I Think it’s going fine. I like the therapist although I think it needs to have a little bit more structure if possible I don’t like the check-in portion it’s a little difficult.
