Some how she was able smile at me and her warmth and tenderness made me feel safe enough to just open the valve and dump on her alll my trauma ive been through and some how i still felt safe even after sharing.She made me fwel comfortable in jsut being me thank you so much 💓
Dayna is the 5th therapist I’ve been with and with her, I’ve made the most genuine progress in my journey so far. She challenges me in all the ways I need it, supports and applauds my growth, and always makes me feel like I’m in a safe space. She has helped me regain control over my trauma responses and helped me see healthy paths more clearly. I am forever grateful to her and her care for me.
My therapist is amazing! She has been consistent but flexible throughout my time with her. I have made real gains and it's really due to the constant support and care that I have gotten from her. "Mindfulness" has much more meaning to me now than when we first began I didn't really think I could be happy or "alright" ever again, but here I am! Living and starting to feel joy and happiness. Dayna is a wonderful therapist!! Very kind, empathetic, and supportive. I’m grateful I found her and I absolutely recommend her! Also, LifeStance is on top of it, so I recommend using them.
Amazing, absolutely amazing. Helped me work out things I had left unresolved for years in a way where I truly felt validated and heard. I’ve honestly recommend to a few of friends to use this program just because of Dayna and how she’s helped me!
