This company was a pleasure to do business with, we woke up this morning and our heat wouldn't go above 63. They answered quickly and were there in a couple of hours. The tech took the time to explain what had happened and even made some suggestions on things we could do in the future to help with a temperature issue we have in the summer. Highly recommend using them for your service.
Very poor customer service. Quote took forever. Back office rep was very rude. The Technicians were great though. Thorough job despite the poor support of back office. Overall - avoid if possible. Get better support, timely quote and possibly better pricing elsewhere.
These guys are awesome. My boiler broke down on a Sunday Evening in the middle of January. DB's owner Rob got on the phone with me right away and used Facetime to get the boiler restarted. He then sent a guy to my house the next day to replace the faulty part. You can't go wrong with DB, they get the job done! Highly recommend.
We called up DB last year because our heat was barely working. A technician came by shortly after our call to look into the problem, and he was professional, friendly, and quickly fixed the problem. The problem was that the system needed to be bled to work better, which was taken care of very efficiently. It was a comfort knowing that DB handled our problem reliably and completely. I highly recommend them!
Rob of DB came to my house to provide a quote on A/C and heating. He was very professional and thorough in his process. He helped me understand more about the equipment and changed the quote to reflect my evolving preferences. He also provided a very competitive price. Through no fault of Rob’s we ended up not working together. However I can say with certainty that Rob will be on my list of contractors I would recommend for heating and cooling needs.
