Rob was fantastic. My AC fan stopped spinning on a 90 degree Sunday afternoon. Rob was here within 15 minutes and had the problem fixed within an hour from when I first noticed it. Highly recommend him for any issues !
I've had a maintenance plan with DB for several years. They kept my ancient AC system running, and never pressured me into getting a new system. They installed a whole new AC system and ductwork in May 2024, and everything has been good so far.
Look no further for any Heating/Cooling needs! My HVAC system went out Tuesday, Rob provided an estimate Wednesday and the unit was installed Friday. Mark, Allan, and Adam are three of the nicest technicians you will ever meet. Extremely neat, knowledgeable, professional, and personable! Rob took the time to explain in detail the answers to the many questions I had. The entire team provided exceptional service and superior customer service. Would highly recommend for any heating and cooling needs.
DB Heating and Cooling did an excellent job. After Rob visited my home and submitted a quotation they delivered and installed the replacement split unit AC/heating unit the next day. Adam was the head technician and did a neat and clean installation. Their work was very professional and I received installation and operational instructions as they worked. I highly recommend this company, they are professional, knowledgeable and had the best product and price available!
From the first visit to job completion, Ron and his team were always very up front and honest with me. Rob knows the houses in my area very well and recommended a solution that not only fit in my budget but took care of the issues I was having with my older system. I highly recommend them!
