I felt that the Vet Tech and Dr. Fan were both very professional and caring. I did have to wait in the room for quite awhile for unclear reasons, however, I will go back with an eye towards improvement in that area.
Dr. Fan and her team are awesome. They are very attentive and caring and always go an extra step for us. I highly recommend DC Ranch Animal Hospital!

Buddy was treated like a prince. It’s still warm outside (95 degrees) and he was offered water. And a treat. Even though we just came in to pick up his meds, he was put on the scale to make sure his weight is stable.

Great, caring service
After 11 years I had to put my Boston Terrier down and the staff did an excellent job helping to provide a comforting and peaceful way for my loved pet to leave this world. He had many visits to the vet and was not scared when he passed which I will always be thankful to the staff. They were very helpful through out the years through good and difficult times.
The staff is so friendly. Michelle does a great job with the grooming. I got a grooming appointment the same week I called which is wonderful. I love Dr. Bartz. She has saved my pups from some bad situations. She is here for you and your pets. I couldn't be happier. Chloe and Colton give it four paws up too.
