I have been going to this dental office for years. Always a happy place to visit:) Through the years, I have experienced excellent communication with the office staff and I have found a friend (my excellent and talented dental hygienist Melissa). I had fantastic dental work this past week (Dr Dean and awesome assistant)-two crowns done in an efficient, professional and painless way. I'm really impressed with the direction this practice has gone! Thank you.
Dr. Dean and his staff are absolutely wonderful! Ashley and Michelle at the front are super nice and great to talk with. I had such anxiety about getting a root canal tooth extracted to begin the implant process. However, Nadja, Erin, and Dr. Dean all made the process smooth and communicated to me what exactly they were doing. They also checked in with me periodically to make sure I was handling the procedure well, which eased my mind significantly. I would highly recommend this office to anyone! Dr D, and his entire staff are first class. I cant say enough about the entire process. Dr D took plenty of time to discuss the pros and cons of several options and answers to my questions were in depth and sincere. Most important Dr D put a nervous mind at ease! I highly recommend DCT Dental!
I've been going to Dr. Dunn on Warwick Avenue for years. unfortunately he had to sell his business but he still works there. He sold it to Dr. Dean DCT dentist. I haven't met him yet but my My experience with this new ownership of the dentist office is that I am not overly happy. they cut their hours. There is no night or weekends and you have to be in by 3 o'clock. That's all well and good for the nonworking people on people that have a lot of time off. I do not and they're very short on staff right now!
had such a great experience at this office! The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, and they made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The dentist was gentle, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients. Highly recommend!
