I had a good session with Deb. Yes we didn’t get what I came for but we came up with a plan and we are going to get me to where I want to be. I’m glad she is still willing to help me out even though she isn’t able to do what I needed. I’m glad I chose LifeStance because everyone is so nice. I will continue to keep going to lifestance.

I felt my counselor was helpful. She met my needs and will see her again. My only complaint were connection issues.
