The team came in quickly after we had water damage from a busted pipe in the ceiling. They tested and pulled all Sheetrock that was saturated and got drying equipment set up quickly to save my wood floors. They were friendly and respectful.
DEC was recommended by my plumber after a major water leak, and we hired them for both mitigation and reconstruction. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend their services. The mitigation team arrived promptly, but their work resulted in a secondary leak and noticeable dents in the walls. These issues were eventually corrected, but only after I repeatedly pushed for resolution. The reconstruction phase was even more concerning. Very professional crew.Trey, Jamal and Arnez came in and took out all the water damaged material with ease and made sure I knew how to work the equipment to dry everything up. Danny came in and checked to make sure all equipment was up and running smoothly. Highly recommend this company. They get the job done!!
DEC was just amazing. We had a flooding problem that caused damage to a wall a floor and some carpet. very stressful but DEC made it easy. They did what they say they were gonna do and they did it quickly. Logan and Brittany specifically were outstanding and I could not recommend them more highly! Good people.
