The team came in quickly after we had water damage from a busted pipe in the ceiling. They tested and pulled all Sheetrock that was saturated and got drying equipment set up quickly to save my wood floors. They were friendly and respectful.

I want to truly from the bottom of my heart thank the DEC crew for helping me with a horrific situation!!! They came with smiles and willingness to help without judgement!!! I had a great experience with this company. They were all very professional and knowledgeable which calmed my very stressful situation. My basement was flooded due to a failed water heater which resulted in all of the carpet needing replacement. From the guy who made the initial assessment, the 2 guys who set up the equipment, the guy who checked on and retrieved the equipmant and finally, Mitchell, Brittany and Logan. They all did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company.

DEC was recommended by my plumber after a major water leak, and we hired them for both mitigation and reconstruction. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I would not recommend their services. The mitigation team arrived promptly, but their work resulted in a secondary leak and noticeable dents in the walls. These issues were eventually corrected, but only after I repeatedly pushed for resolution. The reconstruction phase was even more concerning. BEWARE- I am still dealing with the incompetence of this company, even though it's been years. Just found out no wax seal was ever put on our toilet so we will have to a whole new bathroom floor. They had remodeled the whole bathroom due to water damage (that they missed the first time & had left a window open for monthswhile I was in a hotel waiting on repairs).
