We had a water heater leak. Craig came out and was very nice, thorough! His team was out the next day, also great. They promptly picked up equipment cpl days later. All went well. Thank you very much! We really appreciate all y'all did!

I want to think Mitchell, Logan and Zach and Brittany for the great job that they did helping me out with my Den and Bedroom. I appreciate all they did and there was wonderful and of course gorgeous people to work with. I am very satisfied and will recommend them to other customer.. And I hope you can get a $25 Bonus each. BEWARE- I am still dealing with the incompetence of this company, even though it's been years. Just found out no wax seal was ever put on our toilet so we will have to a whole new bathroom floor. They had remodeled the whole bathroom due to water damage (that they missed the first time & had left a window open for monthswhile I was in a hotel waiting on repairs). I want to truly from the bottom of my heart thank the DEC crew for helping me with a horrific situation!!! They came with smiles and willingness to help without judgement!!! I had a great experience with this company. They were all very professional and knowledgeable which calmed my very stressful situation. My basement was flooded due to a failed water heater which resulted in all of the carpet needing replacement. From the guy who made the initial assessment, the 2 guys who set up the equipment, the guy who checked on and retrieved the equipmant and finally, Mitchell, Brittany and Logan. They all did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company.
