Our secret gem is our lake. Deep Lake is a glacial, clean, clear water & no-wake lake. Only 35 acres in surface area but, reaching depths of up to 70' . RecommendedMy family has stayed there 2 years in a row now. It's quit, clean, everyone is very friendly and nice. The beach is clean and the water is nice. My son and son in law love fishing there together. The manager is absolutely wonderful and easy too work with.
The corporation that owns this camp ground now is sub-par to say the best at that. Have had 3 different managers at this park alone in 2 months. They also have had employees quit in those 2 months because of the way they treat people and operate. They do not care about their employees or visitors from what I have seen. I also did work for them as a 1099 worker and myself and a friend fixed up the beach, hauling sand up and down a steep hill and hand spreading it, as well as bringing hundreds of pounds of leaves up that steep... read more

I have a seasonal site here for 15yrs. This is the first year it looks like trailer trash. Grass is as high as 2 feet. Piles of leaves all over the campground. The beach is horrible. The docks are not usable. The main building is not usable. This is Memorial Weekend 2024. All of thus should have been done by April 15 our opening day. We pay for these services and are not getting them. Not to mention the park manager. Probably the rudest woman I've ever met. Not approachable, available, and when she is she lies.
