Deephaven was AMAZING to broker with. We used them years ago and had a tough time, but I am here to say their issues have been completely resolved. We took a loan from contract to close in only 3 weeks, which is amazing for Non-QM. Very smooth process beginning to end, reasonable underwriting conditions, quick turn times. Takes Non-QM to a whole new level of ease and certainty. Great job!
