I toured the community and checked out the reviews shortly after. The place is actually in great shape. The staff is friendly and answered 1 million of my questions and I’m in talks with one of the sellers and hopefully gonna close before the end of June once I qualify . I saw a complaint about the roads however, it looks like the road construction just begun this week. look forward to meeting the neighbors.

Great place to live! Neighbors are friendly. Located close to hwy370 and 70 and a short commute for me.
A very nice mobile home subdivision. I dislike calling it a "park". It's a community, and the manager Penny does a lot to have community get togethers. Now there is a small church addition to the management building that also once a month on a Saturday, does a food pantry open for those within our community who needs a bit of extra help. It's actually negative 5 star. They raise the rent yearly promising to fix roads. Yet they are collecting extra rent n not fixing nothing. Hardly ever anyone in the office. Just keep rasing rent for their own gain they don't care bout the residents. Don't live here it's trash.
