Misrepresented a product to my Boomer mom, who obviously had no idea about vinyl plank thickness, wear layer, etc. After she purchased from them she found something she liked better in Burlington. No only did Delairs charge a restocking fee of 35 percent on an in stock product, the repeatedly lied about their products, their policy, the situation and even about the return policies of other businesses (no, Mr. manager, Home Depot and Lowe's do not charge a more than 35 percent restocking fee for IN STOCK PRODUCTS.
