Many changes in management last year both positive, negative. We've asked numerous times for a telephone line to be readded to our apartment over last couple years since every single apartment has except ours which means we are having to pay more for cable/internet which I feel should not be and unfair to us!! I've lived here over 11yrs and I've had a few quirks with new company's management but it's gotten better except us being without telephone line in our apartment while all others have it!! Change of ownership has decreased the safe environment, cleanliness of property, and landscaping. This used to be a quiet, safe, clean, and beautiful place to live since new ownership has taken over a year ago it's quite the opposite. Shame because it was a beautiful place to live. Our old manager cared about the property and made sure it was kept beautiful, and now we have junk cars sitting around, garbage everywhere, doors slamming 24/7, cig butt's everywhere, loud music from cars, shootings, drains that don't drain and h... read more

No feedback or calls after they said they would. All I need is a 1 bedroom. Call to say yes or no. That's simple and easy.
