I recently bought a black 2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid SE from Del Sol Auto Sales and couldn't be happier. I had a very disappointing experience with Del Sol Auto Sales. I put down $2,500 on a vehicle, but the financing was never finalized. The lender confirmed that the application was reassigned back to the dealership, meaning the deal was not completed. Despite this, the dealership has been unclear about refunding my down payment and is attempting to charge cancellation fees that are not stated anywhere in the contract.
