This was my first time going through the apartment‑leasing process in over 18 years, and the experience has been exceptional from start to finish. The Regional Manager, Service Manager, and Interior Designer all made the process seamless, welcoming, and genuinely supportive. I could not be anymore grateful to have been the first to lease a space. The wellness‑focused approach didn’t start with the space itself, it started with the people who welcomed me into it.🫶🏾

We had a great experience securing our new unit with DELUX Weho! Tara was so responsive and attentive, and took the time to show us the units we were interested in not once, but twice, as we made our final decision. She also made the application process seamless. We can't wait to move in!

I moved into Delux in June and so far I am very happy! The maintenance staff is so nice and really cares and the leasing team is always so helpful when I have questions. They are very personable and really want to make this into a community! It’s exciting to see all the work they are putting into the community and I can’t wait to see it grow. There are of course growing pains that come with a brand new property but I find that our opinion as residents matter greatly to the staff and that they are really receptive to any issu... read more
