i was visiting from out of town and I got stranded in Billings on Saturday due to a sensor on my 2017 Camaro that I broke the clip on. GM had it towed there and I explained my situation, I needed to leave Sunday morning to get home for work. They jumped on it right away and got me out of there a little after closing time. Excellent service from Don King and the Technician, who's name I forget. very grateful to the team!
We had a great experience in dealing with Casey and Brenton. They never pushed us to make a deal. Infact it was the complete opposite. We spent nearly 2 days in the dealership working through our options and trying to get our negative equity figured out. In the end ended up in a brand new Silverado 2500 instead of a high mileage used one like we thought we would get. Casey worked tirelessly with the finance department to get us a great deal!

I have been to several dealerships in the past where sales reps would be overly pushy, but not this one. Casey Clausen was our sales rep, my wife and I highly recommend working with him. He was friendly, knowledgeable, only showed my wife and I exactly what we wanted to see. He made sure the vehicles he showed us were within or under the budget we told him and in the end he helped us find perfect vehicle. When it's time to get another vehicle this is where we'll being going.
