We chose Densmore full-service plan because of all the convenience that plan offers. It is a no brainer. We received professional service in servicing the heating equipment and professional delivery service. Having access to Bugbee plumbing is a great thing as well. In this day and age when it is harder to get someone in the trades to come to your house, this plan is worth it.
We have been using Densmore since we bought our house in 2019 for oil fills. We looked for a highly rated company that gave back to the community and they were it. Recently they installed/upgraded our boiler system and they were great. I requested an estimate, Geoff came out, answered all my questions and was not pushy! He made his recommendations based off my questions/existing setup and I did not feel pressured towards any system. After 26 years I needed to replace my household heating and cooling system (oil forced hot air and central AC). I called several area companies collected quotes and decided to work with Densmore. The team was very professional, and easy to work with. All of my questions were answered and my quote outlined all services and installation process. My install was completed timely, the install crew was efficient, explained my new system to me without hesitation. Thank you Densmore team I am enjoying my new AC!

I've used Bugbee Plumbing for years, and they are part of Densmore now. Densmore repaired my main air conditioner within 2 days of calling them, and I contracted with them to replace one of my air conditioners. They were straightforward and practical in recommending a replacement unit, and the price was much better than a quote from another company two years ago. They also handle heating and have a cleaner oil. I am very pleased with Densmore! A+++
