We had a different oil company for 22 years. Change to Densmore oil one year ago. Great company professionals had a brand new Furnace put in in one day unbelievable craftsmanship and Work very trustworthy people very clean just downright great! We would recommend Densmore oil to anyone in the area if you want it done right call Densmore!
Always used them for our oil needs…. But this time I needed AC work. Called around to names I was told -and couldn’t get anyone to visit for over three week ——so I called Densmore. Prompt next day call. Two polite dudes that gave me attentive service, parts, and guidance. Should have called Miranda at Densmore right away. They have me business for both systems going forward. We have been 30 year customers of Densmore, they provide oil and service for our heating and air conditioning systems. There technicians are professional and get the job done right. Recently our air conditioning system went down during a heat wave, getting the parts to repair it was a challenge . But Miranda, in their office, promptly found the parts and made sure that they were delivered expediently and had the techs out here in short order to get the job done and our system back up and running.
This company does a great job with AC installs. They are all super friendly and knowledgeable. If you want to get some help with tons of HVAC items. Call and ask for Geoff. I got a ducted system and everything went smoothly. Competitive pricing and constant communications. I would recommend having them help you out in the greater southeastern CT area.
