Desmore came and installed 3 mini splits in our whole and it was a wonderful experience! Geoff was super helpful with the other process from signing the contract to even coming back once the job was done to help me get my units connected to ThinQ. Wonderful wonderful people
This company does a great job with AC installs. They are all super friendly and knowledgeable. If you want to get some help with tons of HVAC items. Call and ask for Geoff. I got a ducted system and everything went smoothly. Competitive pricing and constant communications. I would recommend having them help you out in the greater southeastern CT area.
I enjoy Densmore! They are the friendliest, most helpful bunch of people from the office workers to the technicians to the sales guy. I get my oil from them, furnace and air conditioning maintenance, and just had a major oil furnace installation. A very trustworthy company.
When I bought my mother's house from her estate 12 years ago, one of the changes that I made was the heating-oil supplier that had been overcharging her. I don't know why I picked Densmore as the replacement but it was probably a recommendation from a neighbor. It has proven to be an excellent decision. Their automatic refills are timely and the annual inspection comprehensive. Densmore technicians also did an excellent job replacing the aging upstairs AC system (heat pumps and splits) and adding one for the downstairs.
The best customer service! I switched to Densmore 6 years ago from Andersen and couldn't be happier. Their budget plans remove the burden of large oil bills. The price cap has been a life saver, especially in these uncertain times where oil prices seem to boomerang. I especially love that the price cap deposit gets rolled into your budget plan instead of being an upfront charge upon enrolling. Jamie is especially great and has always been an amazing help whenever I needed it!
