Outstanding service! Great people! After being left in a lurch by another company who couldn't fix our furnace Densmore sent someone out the same day we called and diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it in a couple of days after the part was ordered. After not having heat for 3 weeks I can say it was great to come home to a chilly house and turn on the heat to warm it up! Thank you again for your help and excellent service!
This company does a great job with AC installs. They are all super friendly and knowledgeable. If you want to get some help with tons of HVAC items. Call and ask for Geoff. I got a ducted system and everything went smoothly. Competitive pricing and constant communications. I would recommend having them help you out in the greater southeastern CT area.
Desmore came and installed 3 mini splits in our whole and it was a wonderful experience! Geoff was super helpful with the other process from signing the contract to even coming back once the job was done to help me get my units connected to ThinQ. Wonderful wonderful people
Almost an immediate response in that someone was there to attend to my issue on the day I called. Experienced, friendly, totally able to handle the job at hand. I would highly recommend them either for Plumbing work or furnace work or now, propane issues. An excellent company.
