Densmore is a professional, reliable, and courteous company who helped us deal with a very challenging heating issue in the dead cold of winter. We had been without heat for more than two weeks during the holiday season. Densmore Oil & Bugbee Plumbing are the best! Had a little water under my boiler and they had a tech out that day. Owen was professional and knowledgeable. He explained the problem and had it fixed quickly. The plumbers are great also! I wanted to replace a toilet and my bathroom floor. The worked with my schedule. Pulled out the toilet on Friday afternoon. I replaced the floor over the weekend, and then they came Monday and installed my new toilet! Office staff is friendly and helpful! Always happy to answer any questions.
Too expensive. I've been a customer for over 10 years. Densmore people have always been polite, responsive and professional. They have provided my home heating oil, furnace service and HVAC service. I've been a loyal customer. But with recent fill up, the price for oil seemed very high. So I called five other suppliers in area, including full service suppliers. They were all over $0.50 cheaper per gallon. This is too high a differential to ignore. Do yourself a favor and shop around.
The office team at Densmore always greets you with a pleasant smile & hello as soon you walk in the door. Everyone offers to help right away or wants to point you in the right direction. They remember you in person even from just calling over the phone. Don’t get this kind of service much places these days. Highly recommend!
