We had been without heat for more than two weeks during the holiday season. Densmore Oil & Bugbee Plumbing are the best! Had a little water under my boiler and they had a tech out that day. Owen was professional and knowledgeable. He explained the problem and had it fixed quickly. The plumbers are great also! I wanted to replace a toilet and my bathroom floor. The worked with my schedule. Pulled out the toilet on Friday afternoon. I replaced the floor over the weekend, and then they came Monday and installed my new toilet! Office staff is friendly and helpful! Always happy to answer any questions.
My mother in law used Densmore for the past 60 plus years. She passed away on Christmas day. My husband is the executor of her estate. My husband and I lived in CT our entire lives and recently moved to Florida. We've been doing our best to handle this from another state. When we called Densmore to get a delivery because the temps are going so low for so long, they said they wouldn't deliver until a bill was paid. Absolutely fantastic company. They always answer the phone and are very easy to work with. I hired them to service a gas heating unit and I couldn’t be more pleased. They also do great plumbing as well. Highly recommend!
