Floss Dental was one of the best places I went to. The office was clean and organized. they were very nice and patient and did which a good job on my teeth!My teeth have never felt better!!!
Dr Santos and her team made my experience to the dentist amazing! She took her time and listened to my concerns and offered great advice on the next steps and procedures needed. I feel like I'm in good hands and she will perfect my smile! I've never been a person to want to go to the dentist but I'll definitely keep her as my lifetime dentist.
If you have to go to the dentist this is the place to go. Dr. Maria is the best as well as her office staff. Thorough, patient, accommodating. Answered all my questions. Office hours are great and she avails herself even after office hours when needed. Wish I would have found her sooner. Highly recommended.
I definitely recommend this place I enjoyed my first visit the staff is friendly and professional Dr Tag is super easy to talk to and is very good at explaining what's happening from the beginning to the end. Cash is the dog that's here and he is a sweetheart and the facility is clean the staff is knowledgeable and very nice and I would refer anyone here. Super happy with my cleaning
What a fantastic experience I received today from Floss Dental! I appreciate the exceptional service from everyone at the location. The front office personnel was upbeat and cheerful and provided me an iPad to complete all my documents needed for my first visit. The dentist and dental hygienist walked me through the process in detail, which I found to be an educational approach, unlike other dental offices I've visited in the past. Floss dental Worst dental practice I've ever been to. Was looking for a new dentist since my regular dentist had recently moved. So I made an appointment for a routine cleaning and exam. Since it was my first time at this place, they told me to arrive 20mins early to fill out paperwork. So I get there and quickly fill out the 2 forms. Then sit and wait. Then I'm taken in to get a full pano X-ray, then taken to a room where I wait again. Then more X-rays...like a ton more! 18 X-rays. I've never had that many before but they... read more
Not a typical dentist. I called to ask if they take my health insurance. I shared that I wanted to get my basic cleaning before the end of the year, and made my appointment. After all I have been going to the same location from the two previous dentist. The dr asked me if I had any concerns and I said yes I think I have gingivitis. After my X-rays were done, the technician came and told me that I needed a deeper cleaning and laser would be necessary, she then dropped the bomb and said that I my total for today would be 965.... read more
