Dr. Bhatt was friendly and he explained the procedure so that I was not anxious at all. His needle technique was great, which is very appreciated. I don’t remember the dental technician name, she was very kind and so efficient. Thank you for making my emergency easier and less stressful.
I broke some enamel on my tooth that had an older filling. I called Saturday at 8am. The kind receptionist asked me to come in at 9:30. By 10:30, I had a new filling, with no pain during the procedure. Dr. Aumkar Bhatt was calm, professional and checked in with me to be sure I was doing okay. The cost was also reasonable. I feel relief knowing I have a clinic I can go to when my own dentist is unavailable. Highly recommend.
Very nice staff and great dentist who explained every step of the process for my tooth extraction. It might not have been the easiest extraction and he was very proficient and did a fantastic job. Dental hygienist was also extremely knowledgeable and empathetic to my situation. Highly recommend.
I called DEC to have a chipped molar checked, and they were able to take me in the same day. I was given the option of a filling or an extraction and chose the latter. The entire process—x‑rays, extraction, and suturing—went very smoothly, and I was out in about an hour. Dr. Bhatt and his assistant were both polite and professional. I’ll admit I was a bit nervous having a new dentist work on me, but after this experience, I know exactly who I’ll be calling in the future if I have any other dental issues.
I would highly recommend Dr Gregory Yao. I gave him this rate as I have a high anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist. He was very nice and patient and explained everything to me in terms I understood and I felt relaxed. He gave me recommendations going forward which I fully intend to do.
