The modern clinic is beautiful - they could use a few paintings! - with great free parking. Reception is warm, caring, thorough and effective at working through the moving parts of insurance, etc. The wait was no longer than I expected at an emergency clinic. The doctor and dental assistant were kind, informative and accommodating. The doctor took the time to explain the next steps I needed to take re: pain and follow up with my dentist. The next day, I have no pain. A heartfelt thank you to one and all.
My boyfriend had a tooth ache go from “I can deal with it” on a Thursday morning to a full blown infection and needing urgent care by Sunday. Not only was the clinic and Dr. Patel and team available immediately, they were incredibly kind and supportive. Asking the right questions to ensure all went well with the procedure. The tooth was extracted and we had excellent care. Thank you!
I was struggling with some serious dental pain and I scheduled emergency work with Dr Patel. I have a lot of anxiousness with having dental work and Dr. Patel was incredible. He was patient, kind, and explained everything to me and kept checking in during the procedure. I feel so grateful for his kindness and great advice.
The Dental Emergency Clinic was amazing. They got us an appointment quickly and we were seen right away. The receptionists were welcoming and friendly. The hygienist and Dr. Forman were both very compassionate, gentle and understanding, explaining everything with suggestions for going forward for my daughter. The facility was very upscale and impressive. I highly recommend.
The Dental Emergency Clinic has a welcoming atmosphere and very friendly staff upon arrival . I had a temporary crown come off on Friday evening, went to the clinic on Saturday morning, had it reinstalled and unfortunately, it came off again last night. They got me in quickly this morning (Sunday) and Dr. Patel not only reinstalled the temporary crown but did the work at no charge.
