The Dental Emergency Clinic was amazing. They got us an appointment quickly and we were seen right away. The receptionists were welcoming and friendly. The hygienist and Dr. Forman were both very compassionate, gentle and understanding, explaining everything with suggestions for going forward for my daughter. The facility was very upscale and impressive. I highly recommend.
The modern clinic is beautiful - they could use a few paintings! - with great free parking. Reception is warm, caring, thorough and effective at working through the moving parts of insurance, etc. The wait was no longer than I expected at an emergency clinic. The doctor and dental assistant were kind, informative and accommodating. The doctor took the time to explain the next steps I needed to take re: pain and follow up with my dentist. The next day, I have no pain. A heartfelt thank you to one and all.
I couldn’t give the Dental Emergency Clinic anything but a perfect 5/5. They responded immediately to my Saturday call and I had an appointment for 9am Sunday morning. The assistant and dentist had me in at 9:00am, fixed my broken filling and I was out by 9:34am. They were professional, made me part of the decision process and provided a service that was nothing short of phenomenal. I would absolutely call on them again and would recommend them to anyone!
Called in Sunday morning and they were able to get me in within 2 hours. Doctor Toni and the staff are a pleasure to deal with. They really helped me out when every other dental office was closed. Highly recommend.
Great team. I called somewhat close to closing time, in a panic, because my 3.5 year old had a scooter accident and there was significant trauma to a tooth. This team let me come in and treated me and my toddler so well. The doctor took time to explain to me (multiple times) what my next steps were with my toddler.
