I was just here today and I must say everything was fantastic. I had a filling done less than 2 weeks ago at my regular dentist and it partially fell out. I was given the next available appointment. The place is clean and tidy and there was no wait at all. The dentist, Dr Vasquez and his assistant were warm and friendly and very efficient. I have issues with sensitivity and Dr Vasquez made sure I was fully comfortable before proceeding and he was done within maybe 10 mins. Thank you to the staff and Dr. Andrew Heinola for taking care of my tooth issue. Everyone was pleasant and the atmosphere felt like I've been part of their family for years. Dr. Andrew was so cool to deal with and he did a great job resolving my issue. I would highly recommend their services.
Reception, dental assistant and dentist Hilary were all super polite and professional. I was ushered in on time, had all options clearly explained and CDCP assessment by dentist before starting work…. and within one hour had everything fixed to my relief. Office and washroom both very clean. This is the second time I’ve had great service here and I will be back if need be again.
They removed the wrong tooth and charged me $583 anyways. I came in requesting to remove the bottom right wisdom tooth as it was causing me the most pain, the rest of my wisdom teeth had to be removed. However, I was going to be seeing a dental surgeon to remove the rest. I completed a paper intake and consent form with no room to add relevant conditions which they did not list. Amazing people here. We're several hours away with an emergency late in the evening so called them to see if/when to go to a hospital or their office. They were super kind with taking time out their day to ensure our situation wasn't dire enough to make the over 3 hour trip their way for urgent treatment. I wish we lived closer so we could give them business
