Thank you to the staff and Dr. Andrew Heinola for taking care of my tooth issue. Everyone was pleasant and the atmosphere felt like I've been part of their family for years. Dr. Andrew was so cool to deal with and he did a great job resolving my issue. I would highly recommend their services.

I had a terrible experience with Dr. Alberto due to an incorrect diagnosis that caused me days of unnecessary pain. I went in with severe tooth pain that was radiating upward. Dr. Alberto took an X-ray of my upper left tooth, diagnosed it as nerve inflammation, and put me on antibiotics. When the pain persisted, I returned. He then told me I needed a root canal on that upper tooth and referred me to an endodontist. The next night, the pain became completely unbearable, and I had to go to an emergency dentist. Amazing people here. We're several hours away with an emergency late in the evening so called them to see if/when to go to a hospital or their office. They were super kind with taking time out their day to ensure our situation wasn't dire enough to make the over 3 hour trip their way for urgent treatment. I wish we lived closer so we could give them business
They removed the wrong tooth and charged me $583 anyways. I came in requesting to remove the bottom right wisdom tooth as it was causing me the most pain, the rest of my wisdom teeth had to be removed. However, I was going to be seeing a dental surgeon to remove the rest. I completed a paper intake and consent form with no room to add relevant conditions which they did not list.
