Loved that Dr. Guzman and Lisa met with me prior to my exam to talk about the reason why I was there. We talked about root cause. He did not rush but was genuinely concerned and he listened and explained everything! I left with a solid plan for treatment!
Predatory practice. I recently had my first appointment with DPB, and my dentist said I had a “couple” of cavities that needed to be filled. One week later, I got a treatment plan stating that I needed five cavities filled and that it would cost me nearly $1,800 out-of-pocket to do so. I got a second opinion from my old (trusted) dentist, and he concluded that although I have a couple of nascent cavities to monitor, none have penetrated the dentin and none should be filled at this time. Wow, I might be mistaken, but I think I just stumbled upon the most incredible dental office in all of New England! Everything from the friendly staff, the amazing atmosphere, the top-notch facility, and the exceptional service is just phenomenal! Hands down, truly the best!!
I received excellent treatment far beyond my expectations. Dr Guzman listened throughly to me and gave me a plan of treatment I have needed for a very long time. I am more than grateful for his help. His assistant Lisa was friendly and gracious and helped me in every way. Many thanks
