I was very pleased with my visit at Dental Solutions. Everyone made me feel relaxed and welcomed from the moment I walked through the door. I really appreciated the time Alex and Dr. Burris took to get to know me. Everything was explained very thoroughly and in a way that was very easy to understand. It helped me make a decision on the next steps I needed to take for my dental health. Hands down one of the best doctor visits ever (not including the nice welcome gift 😉)
I’ve never been to a dentist that actually cares about its patients. It was hard for me to focus with how much pain I was in, but they go above and beyond to make you feel as comfortable as possible. I can’t get over how nice they were. They even gave me a blanket as a gift and a tour of the facility. They didn’t try to rush me out. They were very thorough with diagnosing my swelling issue. They got it done and made a plan for future work. Amazing people. I’ve never seen a dentist I actually enjoy going to. 😂
Everyone from the front desk, to the dental staff, were absolutely wonderful and friendly. I was so pleased with everyone’s bedside manners, as well as the care that I was given. Truly I recommend this clinic to everyone in Jonesboro — they’re the epitome of extraordinary care.
Dr Lauren and her staff are the most welcoming and caring group. So professional and attentive to every detail. From the minute I was greeted upon arrival by the receptionist all the way to the lady that handled my payment before walking out the door I was impressed. Great job Dental Solutions I’m a very happy new patient! (And I am never happy about dental visits so that’s a big deal!) If you are looking for a new dentist hands down Dr Lauren is the very best.
I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Dental Solutions. Dr. Lauren, assisted by Cassidy took exceptional care of me while removing 18 old crowns that I had for 35 years. After that Dr. Lauren replaced the old with 20 new porcelain crowns. This took several visits, I’m not sure how many but it was worth everyone. Everyone at Dental Solutions are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend Dr. Lauren and of course Cassidy to anyone in need of dental care.
