We worked with Dental Marketing to help us understand missed calls as well as how calls are handled. It was great to listen (and read) the calls to help correct actions and be sure the team were answering correctly. The reports came in daily and this was helpful to be on top of things. Easy to use platform and support was easy to work with (on;y one time had to call).
