I’ve had an overall great experience at Plum Creek. They are all very friendly and always answer any questions I may have about my dental work or my insurance. Front desk staff ladies are top tier with explaining everything and breaking it down. Dr. Stanley was the first doctor in years to make me feel comfortable. She explains everything very thoroughly and listens to any questions I may have with the procedure! After not going to the dentist for... a while, I had major anxiety about the process. I was embarrassed about my lack of professional care over the past few years, but from the first call I was made to feel like at ease. Their approach is very "no big deal, we are here to help". Scheduling was crazy good, with the only changes to request my appointment were to provide dates *earlier* than I requested. I just had my teeth cleaned by Brianna and it was the best teeth cleaning experience I’ve ever had! I’m always a big sissy about going to the dentist but, because my cleaning went so well, I scheduled my next 6 month appointment before I left the office. Plum Creek and Brianna will go a long way in helping me maintain better dental health.
I had my first appointment, and was completely impressed, and humbled by the quality of care given to me and my daughter . Probably one of the best experiences I’ve had with a dental office in years! I used to be scared of the dentist but the entire staff was very courteous and made sure every step of the way I was educated as to what they were doing. I love the technology that was used to go along with their explanations. They have tools in place that provide crystal clear imaging that was really helpful in understanding of what was happening while they cleaned, inspected and put a plan together for my dental hygiene.
