I moved here two months ago and wanted to find a dental office that could match the dental family I had been with for almost 30 years. I think I’ve found the perfect team! My visit was wonderful! Everyone was so helpful and professional from the front desk staff to the hygienist and dentist. They were very thorough and explained everything. We love Dentist at Plum Creek. Everyone is so nice. The communication is top tier. Everyone from the front desk to the dentist take their time reach out, always answer all questions, and support any concerns you have. They also are so solution oriented. 10 out of 10 stars. I would say this is one of the best dental experiences me and my family have had and we’ve lived in 7 different cities over the last 14 years. Highly recommend.
Everyone, I can’t recommend Dr. Standley at Plum Creek Dental enough!!!! I have had a lifetime of bad experiences with dental visits, trouble getting numb being the main one. I’m use to leaving with quite a bit of pain after a visit at my prior dentist’s. I made the switch this year to Dr. Standley and have now had 4 visits to include an extraction and also a crown. Love this Dentist office. From the front line team (Geneva & Christina) who are very knowledgeable on top of having great personalities, they are also super welcoming. To the dentist team (Dr.Pham & Dr Vee). Very professional and knowledgeable in the respective field. Would highly recommend them. My kids also do their cleaning here and they love it. Especially the treasure chest they get to go through after every visit ☺️. Great crew!
I was very satisfied. Waited 10 minutes for the appointment. Friendly staff with wonderful attitudes making you feel welcomed from the start I was given full X-rays and taken to the room Where my mouth was thoroughly examined explained along with a good cleaning by a great Dental Hygienist . The Dr came in and she was very Complete in explaining any treatment needed and what expectations I was looking for I left with a Clean smile and a happy face. Highly recommended
