I had a very comforting experience. Dr. Pham was very attentive to my dental issues and explained everything thoroughly. I am from Houston and was visiting my brother in Maxwell. I had a dental emergency and googled the nearest dental office which led me to Plum Creek. I am returning to this office in 2 weeks for my dental procedure even though it is a 2 hour drive. That's how much I loved their customer service and office environment. The staff and atmosphere was so welcoming and friendly.
I am so happy that I discovered The Dentist at Plum Creek! From the minute you walk into this state-of-the-art dental office, everyone is welcoming and knowledgeable about the services they provide. It’s obvious that your comfort and wellbeing are their primary concern. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for outstanding dental care.
I moved here two months ago and wanted to find a dental office that could match the dental family I had been with for almost 30 years. I think I’ve found the perfect team! My visit was wonderful! We love Dentist at Plum Creek. Everyone is so nice. The communication is top tier. Everyone from the front desk to the dentist take their time reach out, always answer all questions, and support any concerns you have. They also are so solution oriented. 10 out of 10 stars. I would say this is one of the best dental experiences me and my family have had and we’ve lived in 7 different cities over the last 14 years. Highly recommend.
Contacted Dental facility at plum creek to confirm that they would take my insurance gave all my information, and was told that they would be able to see me under my insurance currently. Once I arrived to the office, I was asked to pay a $40 co-pay for a cleaning that my insurance covers 100%. Once I asked why I was paying $40, I was told that the facility is not an in network provider, but the $40 would offset whatever my insurance would cover.
