I went in for a root canal and was a little bit nervous, but Dr. French was very profesional and informative, she made sure i was very comfortable and informed during the entire procedure. The front office staff is also very friendly and they explained the pricing and procedures very well to me and certainly made my husband and I feel very welcome. I found Dentist at Plum Creek through my insurance with Ameritas. It was easy to book an appointment that was scheduled within a few days. I was able to get x-rays, cleaning, & exam in one visit. The office staff is friendly & helpful. Ms. Vee did an amazing job cleaning my stained teeth. Dr. French thoroughly explained the condition of my teeth. I appreciate the care I received & will continue coming here. I haven’t had such a good experience in years.
Dr. French is a gem. As someone with a paralyzing fear of the dentist, I can confidently say I won’t be going anywhere else. She has such a warm countenance, checks to make sure you’re okay, & explains what she’s doing before she does it and why. She is also very quick and highly efficient, making what could be a scary procedure, feel far less daunting, every time. Highly recommend her for all your teeth needs. The staff at plum creek are all upbeat lovely people as well!
It had been a little over a year since I last went to the dentist and everyone there was so helpful, patient, and wonderful. I was a bit anxious going in but the hygienist (I forgot her name but she was so nice😭), Dr. French, and Christina from the front desk all made me feel comfortable and welcome. They even have lil TVs on the ceiling to keep you distracted from the cleaning itself! I can’t recommend enough :)
We are happy to have made the switch over to this clinic from our previous dentist office. Right away we were greeted by Geneva and made us feel welcomed. She made sure we were aware of all the steps to follow from start to finish. Everyone was great. Thank you for great service!
