Lovely place with amazing staff! I got a tooth removed recently, not only was it reasonably priced but I didnt feel ANYTHING (beside pressure, obviously). They explain everything to the last detail to make sure you understand whats going on. As well as making sure you understand your after care. I would recommend this place to everyone!
All the pros at Dr French's office are top-notch and so very friendly and helpful. As one who has had some pretty bad experiences in the past, they always make me feel comfortable and HEARD. I have a bit more work to be done, so I will be seeing the staff soon, without fear and always welcomed. Thank you all fir being such a blessing to me!
What a great experience here! The dentist and staff I talked to, V and Lisa, were super kind and explained everything thoroughly. They answered all my questions and helped me make a plan for my future needs. My cleaning was efficient and comfortable, and they have nice equipment making the steps for the visit quick and easy. The office was also very cute. Will definitely make this my new permanent dentist.
I had my appointment yesterday, and gosh do I feel silly putting it off so long! I was way overdue for a cleaning, but after a bad experience at another dentist in town, I was dreading it and thinking the worst. Long story short, a couple years ago my former dentist blessed me with an ill fitting (and what I now know unnecessary) mouthguard, and told me I had periodontal disease. I had a very comforting experience. Dr. Pham was very attentive to my dental issues and explained everything thoroughly. I am from Houston and was visiting my brother in Maxwell. I had a dental emergency and googled the nearest dental office which led me to Plum Creek. I am returning to this office in 2 weeks for my dental procedure even though it is a 2 hour drive. That's how much I loved their customer service and office environment. The staff and atmosphere was so welcoming and friendly.
