I moved here two months ago and wanted to find a dental office that could match the dental family I had been with for almost 30 years. I think I’ve found the perfect team! My visit was wonderful! Everyone was so helpful and professional from the front desk staff to the hygienist and dentist. They were very thorough and explained everything. We love Dentist at Plum Creek. Everyone is so nice. The communication is top tier. Everyone from the front desk to the dentist take their time reach out, always answer all questions, and support any concerns you have. They also are so solution oriented. 10 out of 10 stars. I would say this is one of the best dental experiences me and my family have had and we’ve lived in 7 different cities over the last 14 years. Highly recommend.
Contacted Dental facility at plum creek to confirm that they would take my insurance gave all my information, and was told that they would be able to see me under my insurance currently. Once I arrived to the office, I was asked to pay a $40 co-pay for a cleaning that my insurance covers 100%. Once I asked why I was paying $40, I was told that the facility is not an in network provider, but the $40 would offset whatever my insurance would cover. Excellent visit today! I didn't have a great experience with my previous dentist and was waiting to find a new provider once my insurance changed. Dentist at Plum Creek is a delight! Everyone front the front desk, imaging, hygienist, and dentist is friendly, informative, and professional. There are TVs to watch during cleanings. My husband has had great experiences here as well. We are looking at getting our son transferred over here too for care.
Love this Dentist office. From the front line team (Geneva & Christina) who are very knowledgeable on top of having great personalities, they are also super welcoming. To the dentist team (Dr.Pham & Dr Vee). Very professional and knowledgeable in the respective field. Would highly recommend them. My kids also do their cleaning here and they love it. Especially the treasure chest they get to go through after every visit ☺️. Great crew!
