⭐️ Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I requested a day off from work and made travel arrangements from Boston specifically for this appointment. The appointment was then canceled, but I was never notified by email or given any proper confirmation that it had been canceled. The office says a text message was sent, but I never received it. This whole team is amazing! Comfortable waiting area. Kind. Professional. Knowledgeable. They are everything you want to find in a dentists office and they are exactly who you want working for you on your dental care. Dr Thakur is highly skilled and I am so grateful that I found her. I look forward to being under her care for a long time.

I can’t recommend Dentist at Plum Creek enough! I have always had anxiety when visiting the dentist until now. They are the nicest, most comforting people. They are so sweet and understanding. The staff at the front desk goes above and beyond as well. They are reasonably priced and easy to book with. Highly recommend!

I’m truly impressed with this dental office and Dr Standley/team and the way they treat their patients. What stood out to me most was that when I had an important issue with one of my teeth, the dentist made sure to prioritize what I actually needed first, rather than focusing on the most expensive treatment. That really meant a lot to me because it showed that their priority is taking care of the patient, not just making money. I felt heard, cared for, and confident that I was in good hands. This was my first visit to this office, and overall, it was an okay experience. The office itself was clean, organized, and welcoming. The hygienist I worked with was absolutely fabulous her name is V. She was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment. Geneva at the front desk was also wonderful.
