The Office is clean and staff are nice. Only had a checkup, and have to come back for a cleaning in a couple weeks. Would have given 5 stars but they need to communicate better. I scheduled in person a cleaning and they did not mention I need a separate checkup first. Other dentists’ first appointments I have a cleaning, then right after on same day the dentist comes in to examine my teeth. I visited the office to get one front tooth fix because I lost the bond and it’s hurting my upper lip, as well as to get my teeth cleaned. What they did: took 18 X-rays and decided I needed a crown $2,500. When I asked about the issues I am having ( bitting my upper lip due to the broken tooth and the cleaning ) the answer was “ we’ll bring you in sometime to fix that after we put a crown” absolutely non-shalom. Great staff, they were very caring and professional. The practice makes you feel that they care and have your best interest at heart. They are very responsive to your questions and concerns. They are also very willing to explain the procedures they are preforming on you. I highly recommend this practice.
I have been coming to this office for years, the staff are always professional and friendly, the office is very clean and Dr. Sadlowski has a great sense of humor as well as being very good. Would and have recommended to many over the years ! Had a cleaning done by Angel yesterday she was great !
