They are such great people at the Dentistry at Walker Square my doctor was great. He kept me calm because I’m very nervous when I go to a doctor especially a dentist. The receptionist was great. The nurse that helped me was terrific. It was a great experience experience, especially that it was a dentist office just great. They should have 10 stars not five.
On Monday 02/03/2025 I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Kaiden Williams and Ms. Rita Ferguson. I had a great visit as always for my appointment. The front desk staff are are always very cheerful and greet you with a 😊 which always makes my day. John is always the same he is always on point and that smile shows he cares for the patients. From the time I walked through the front door I was greeted make me felt like I was a patient for years . Then my hygienist Rita came and got me and she was very pleasant and friendly from start to end. She told me from start to end what she was doing made me very comfortable. This is far the best cleaning I ever had, she did a very good job. She is stuck with me now. I will recommend this practice ti my friends and family.
The hygienist, Donna, was very pleasant and personable with my mom who is 87 years old. She was also kind enough to accommodate us by speaking with the dentist to see if he could examine my mom, after we explained that we thought that our appointment was to get fillings, rather than a cleaning. The office did x-rays, and the dentist did take the time to examine the x-rays and my mom to make sure that she did not have an infection.
