I had my first visit today and it was a great experience from start to finish. The team was welcoming, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The hygienist did a thorough cleaning and explained everything as she went, which I really appreciated. I also had X‑rays done, and the dentist took the time to walk me through the results and answer all my questions clearly. Overall, it was a very positive first visit, and I’m glad I chose this office. Looking forward to my next appointment!
Melanie is awesome! She did a very thorough cleaning and truly cares about my dental health. She always shares helpful dental information and health facts, which I really appreciate. My teeth feel so nice and clean after every visit. Giulia is also wonderful — she’s always welcoming and friendly, and she makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in.
I’m very impressed by this dental practice. This was my fourth visit and second cleaning. Everyone has been extraordinarily nice and and also accommodating. I believe that who is hired for reception and appointment bookings is a reflection of who they are as a practice and the office staff just couldn’t be better. Our family has been going to Dr. Sferlazza's practice for more than 30 years. The staff are wonderful, friendly and so helpful. Our hygienist, Kim, is an absolute angel and has a real gentle touch. Dr. Sferlazza is incredibly knowledgeable and very considerate of any anxiousness regarding dental procedures. Always a pleasure to see everyone and you can trust them with your smile!
