I’m very impressed by this dental practice. This was my fourth visit and second cleaning. Everyone has been extraordinarily nice and and also accommodating. I believe that who is hired for reception and appointment bookings is a reflection of who they are as a practice and the office staff just couldn’t be better. My family were patients here for almost 10 years, but we left last year because of this dentist's business practices. Both my husband and I have excellent insurance coverage and never had to pay out of pocket for our routine dental appointments. However in our last 2 dental visits, we would receive invoices in the mail for extra dental services that were not covered and that we did not explicitly ask for (e.g. flossing instructions for children) . I really appreciate how transparent he is. He always gives me full disclosure about what he’s doing, why he’s doing it, and what my options are.
