Dr “Ray” (Raymond) Panaligan is a superb dentist! He recommends only necessary treatments, prioritizing the most urgent that align with my annual budget and dental insurance. Before starting a treatment, he explains each step, making sure I am comfortable and answering any questions. I had a deep cleaning at Dentologie yesterday, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! My hygienist, Haley, was amazing — very gentle, thorough, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the procedure. The entire team at Dentologie is professional and welcoming. I highly recommend asking for Haley if you want a comfortable and caring dental visit!
Can't say enough good things about Dr. Raymond Panaligan and all the staff at Dentologie Clark and Diversey location. First time in my life I haven't dread going to the dentist. The front desk workers are so nice and helpful especially with insurance issues I've experienced. The hygienists I've had including Kaylyn are non judge mental and give good advice. I believe there is some dishonesty concerning cavities. I have been consistently visiting the dentist for years. However, after moving to this clinic, during my second appointment, they recommended another X-ray, claiming that I have cavities. I asked them if it is standard practice to get an X-ray every time I visit, and why they did nothing with the ones they took just a few months ago during my previous visit. I had no clear answer, so I left without accepting their suggestions. This feels like a total scam.
Yikes! Shady business practices. I've never had a cavity in my whole life, they told me I did. Confirmed by a real dentist that I did not have one. Additionally, I wasn't billed until TWO years later. I was no longer with the insurance company I was with previously, they submitted too late to have anything covered so I am stuck with the bill. VERY SCAMMY!!!
