As someone with horrid medical anxiety, (last dental visit was three years ago because of it) my visit yesterday w/ Sonia was an absolute breeze. It was the first time I’ve ever felt like I was viewed as a human being in a dentists office and not shamed or judged at all. Bruce, at the front desk, was also great and helped me navigate insurance waiting periods, out-of-pocket costs, and appointment scheduling with ease. I cannot recommend this location enough!
I recently had my teeth cleaned at this Dentologie location and the experience was wonderful. The entire staff was so welcoming, kind and friendly. They offer an affordable in-house insurance plan ($25/month, $300/year) and provided an out-of-pocket estimate for my follow-up appointment. Highly recommend this office and staff. 10/10!
Dr. Hyde’s and her dental assistant were extremely professional and caring. They communicated everything they were going to do, we’re doing, and plans for future visits in detail. They were considerate by always asking if I had any questions. The office was clean and relaxing. The staff was friendly and welcoming.
My experience with a basic cleaning/exam: started out alright, took X-rays, did a scan, did some poking around. Dentist came in to examine my teeth, looked at each, and began rattling off a laundry list of things that I needed done. The end verdict from the dentist was that I needed 4 crowns, ALL of my fillings replaced, and had a couple cavities (🚩🚩🚩🚩). I provided my insurance info verbally over the phone and emailed them copies of my insurance info, social security number and everything MULTIPLE TIMES. This is so that they could verify if they even accept it. After an hour or two they said yes. I show up the next day, and the front desk person doesn’t know if they actually take my insurance after all until “they run it”, oh, and I have to re-enter all of my insurance info again on their app. Remember, I already provided it verbally and over email multiple times.
