Krystyna is truly the best dental hygienist I've ever had! She is warm, inviting, professional, and empathetic, always listening to my needs. Her cleanings are thorough, and it's always a pleasure to see her. I told her she makes the dentist feel way less frightening, and I’m sure I'm not the only one who feels that way! A year ago I had a dental emergency just before leaving on a cruise. Being new to Chicago, I had to call anyone who could get me in quickly. I got in the same day at Dentologie in Wicker Park. They were able to get me a same day crown and in about three hours, I was done. I haven't had any issues with that crown. Super Time efficient - I requested for an appointment for a teeth cleaning on Thursday, had one available on the following day (Friday), had my teeth cleaning and deep cleaning done, same day! Super time efficient for a new patient! Setting up your account online was fast..just filed out the 2 forms before you come to save you time. Staff - was Awesome! Especially Ashley C. I hadn’t been to a dentist in a few years and I knew there were some issues with my teeth. I was very nervous going into my appointment, but my dental team was very kind and very straightforward. There was no judgement or lectures like I had worried, just genuine care for my dental health and a mutual desire to get my dental health back on track. It was a fantastic experience much in part to the amazing staff.
I rarely write a review, but just have to say I love this place! I started coming here two years ago when I moved to Chicago, and I had previously had some dental issues in my last city. Dr. Rahman is great and I really trust his opinion. If he tells me I need to do something, I believe it because he feels very reasonable, never pushy, and in my experience so far, spot on!
