Super Time efficient - I requested for an appointment for a teeth cleaning on Thursday, had one available on the following day (Friday), had my teeth cleaning and deep cleaning done, same day! Super time efficient for a new patient! Setting up your account online was fast..just filed out the 2 forms before you come to save you time. Staff - was Awesome! Especially Ashley C. Best Dental team ever! I used to hate going to the dentist but now I love it. So grateful for the dentologie team. I smile bigger and brighter thanks to the best dental practice in Chicago. I actually now look forward to going to the dentist thanks to the best care, technology, aesthetics and MORE. look forward to my next visit.
Very easy and seamless experience with Dentologie! I showed up with the wrong insurance card, and the person at the front desk worked hard to successfully help me find the right one. They have TVs on the ceiling that you can watch while you get your teeth cleaned! The hygienist and dentist were very friendly and informative. I love how easy they make it to create your appointments online.
Went for a cleaning and check up. Told me I needed 5 fillings and two crowns. Went to get a second opinion elsewhere and they told me I needed just 3 fillings and for someone to suggest I need crowns for the state of my teeth at my age is "criminal" (I am 24). Also showed me tartar buildup on my lower teeth that have been there for "at least a year" which was not cleaned in my clean up. Recommend going elsewhere if you want an honest opinion and a good clean.
I had the best experience today with Dr. Faiz and Naïf. The office is beautiful, the vibe is so cool, and let me just say that other dental offices should come here so these folks can teach them how to dental office. Excellent communication, superb service and so much kindness and fun.
