I had a fantastic experience at Dentologie with Dr. Lisa and her assistant Leslie. From the moment I walked into their clean and modern office, I felt welcomed and at ease. Dr. Lisa was right on time (which I really appreciate!) and took the time to clearly explain everything about my oral health in a way that was easy to understand, without the usual dental jargon. Wonderful experience all around! Jason, the Dental Assistant was thorough, informative, and welcoming. Jason took X-Rays and imaging super efficiently while walking me through the process. Dr. Faiz followed with a comprehensive exam and asked about any concerns he could address. The women up front that checked me in/out were friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend enough!!
Krystyna is truly the best dental hygienist I've ever had! She is warm, inviting, professional, and empathetic, always listening to my needs. Her cleanings are thorough, and it's always a pleasure to see her. I told her she makes the dentist feel way less frightening, and I’m sure I'm not the only one who feels that way! Very nice and professional. I feel very taken care of and the hygienist is very informative. They also are very kind and personable which I love. They remembered me and were genuinely asking how I was doing and just made me feel at home. Best team!
Super Time efficient - I requested for an appointment for a teeth cleaning on Thursday, had one available on the following day (Friday), had my teeth cleaning and deep cleaning done, same day! Super time efficient for a new patient! Setting up your account online was fast..just filed out the 2 forms before you come to save you time. Staff - was Awesome! Especially Ashley C.
