Abigail , my hygienist, is very knowledgeable , she is careful and gentle when cleaning my teeth. Her suggestions and advice about how to maintain a good oral hygiene and healing process are very helpful. She is also honest in her evaluation , base on X-Rays , of what was need it to be done to keep my teeth clean and healthy. I always feel like my teeth are amazing when I come out of my cleaning. I also appreciate the time and care they take with my teeth to make sure I’m preventing any concerns they have. Excellent communication and love all the automated messages and easy onboarding. All the dental hygienists are so friendly too!
I had a wonderful dentist’s visit! My last visit at a different dentist was frustrating and left me in tears, so I was nervous going in today. Dr. Faiz has the patience of Job. I had a broken tooth needing a crown. I have a medical diagnosis that makes getting numb exceptionally difficult, and always has. I was here for 4 hours for what should have been a 1 hour procedure. Dr. Faiz and staff went out of their way to get my permanent crowd fabricated and installed the same day, to avoid a second visit.
