I write this after my 3rd visit, I had an excellent experience at this dental office. Dr. Appleby was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Yuko the hygienist was outstanding—gentle, thorough, and very attentive to my comfort during the cleaning. I had my first general consultation at the Andersonville office and everyone from the reception to the assistant to the doctor, were all very accommodating, low stress and made me feel very very comfortable. The office aesthetic is very chill and inviting and meticulously clean. I decided to move forward with my treatment with this office..GREAT VIBES!
What a clown show. I go in as a new guy for a cleaning. They start off with x-rays which is whatever. Then they check the depth of my gums and are literally digging that thing as deep as they can. Felt like an 1800’s torture as they call out the sizes and then tell me my gums are awful and need immediate attention. Im 28 years old with great oral hygiene by the way. My experience at Dentologie was exceptional. The staff were so kind and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process of my cleaning. I particularly want to express gratitude towards my hygienist Mayra. She took great care of me and eased any anxieties I had. She also took the time to really provide great education and personalized tips for improvement. As someone that historically feared going to the dentist, I am so happy to have found Dentologie!
Roberto the Hygienist did an excellent job! I have a permanent retainer on the bottom row of my teeth and he did a great job being detailed and careful with the retainer. He was also a kind guy and I can tell he makes all his patients feel comfortable. He is the best hygienist I’ve ever had.
