I go to the dentist every 6 months, so I know what to expect from routine cleanings and exams. When I got to Dentologie, the front door was open, so I walked in and there was nobody at the front desk. It was close to the time of my appointment, so I waited around for a few minutes at the front for someone to help me check in. Update: The response that I can reach out to them via email is concerning cause I was already told an office manager would be getting in touch with me, I guess they were never going to. Additionally another office let it slip that I’ve had a refund from my insurance company sitting as an account balance for months and no one notified me. ————— Their insurance handling is a complete disaster. In all my years of visiting the dentist I have never walked out mid exam... until today. When this place open much closer to my house I thought I would give it a shot, that was a huge mistake. I show up right on time for my appointment at 8 am and quickly taken back to the exam room and the visit starts out normal. They take some X-rays and a full mouth scan that took a little longer than usual but nothing too bad. Everyone at Dentologie Andersonville is professional and kind. I always leave in better shape than when I came in ☺️ I love that they are discreet and respectful in the billing process and take time to explain what is going on with insurance and why. They always remain calm and solve issues with care. Can’t recommend them enough!
Doctor McKenna Freund and all the Technicians have always been so informative and their bedside manner is top-notch. Super professional, courteous and they do great work. Just an all around great facility. I have seen multiple dentists in my life and this is hands-down my favorite experience.
