After avoiding anything but emergency dental care for years, I decided to try to face my lifelong dental phobia and scheduled a cleaning and check up here with Dr. Christina Kim, and I can't recommend her and her care team highly enough. Do not visit Dentologie. They recommended very extensive dental work to me after I had received an all clear from my old dentist just 6 months prior. Dentologie told me I needed 10 fillings and a crown. I got a second opinion and that dentist only recommended 2 fillings. The receptionist said their office had received a lot of calls from people seeking second opinions after visiting Dentologie. Terrible experience.
Just moved the family to this dentist after having an awful experience at a different one in Ballard. The staff is all very friendly and thorough. They make sure the procedures are comfortable and I’m impressed with their efficiency despite some issues with their online scheduling. They were very quick to remedy any issues. Do not trust Dentologie in Ballard with your dental health. Their incompetence is staggering, their communication nonexistent, and their follow-through utterly absent. We made an appointment with Dentologie with the expectation of receiving professional dental care for my son. His wisdom teeth had started moving and were causing severe pain. Everyone here is so incredibly nice, literally the best dentist visit I’ve ever had by a LOT (zero competition). They really take time to explain things to you, and make sure that the visit is comfortable. I have never truly felt that a dental office has been on my side until now. Thank you for the great experience!
