Just moved the family to this dentist after having an awful experience at a different one in Ballard. The staff is all very friendly and thorough. They make sure the procedures are comfortable and I’m impressed with their efficiency despite some issues with their online scheduling. They were very quick to remedy any issues. Happy to say they got us all in quickly and follow up appointments were easy to book at the end. Everyone here is so incredibly nice, literally the best dentist visit I’ve ever had by a LOT (zero competition). They really take time to explain things to you, and make sure that the visit is comfortable. I have never truly felt that a dental office has been on my side until now. Thank you for the great experience!
I just had my best dentist visit in years with Dr. Jessica Mao! Everyone was polite and efficient. It's a long first appointment (90 minutes) but now I understand why. They take X-rays, scans, and thoroughly review them with you, which no other dentist has done with me before! Dr. Mao did a great job explaining everything and was super nice and communicative. Scheduling with the front desk was easy, and their text reminders were nice, too!
Do not trust Dentologie in Ballard with your dental health. Their incompetence is staggering, their communication nonexistent, and their follow-through utterly absent. We made an appointment with Dentologie with the expectation of receiving professional dental care for my son. His wisdom teeth had started moving and were causing severe pain. WOW! Who would of thought the day I enjoyed going to the dentist. The entire crew here is fantastic and friendly. They make the space and entire duration of your appointment so comfortable. Dr. Caitlin Kemper is truly so wonderful and knowledgeable. She is thorough and so detail oriented. Her communicative approach is so educational and makes you feel informed of anything that is happening for dental work. Excited to come back for my next cleaning.
