After avoiding anything but emergency dental care for years, I decided to try to face my lifelong dental phobia and scheduled a cleaning and check up here with Dr. Christina Kim, and I can't recommend her and her care team highly enough. My experience with Dentologie in Ballard on May 1st was excellent. I had a molar extracted and it was completely painless! The doctor and assistant were fully competent technically as well as very empathic, courteous and helpful. When it comes to billing they are 100% transparent with treatment plan and costs ready for your review when you arrive. I HIGHLY recommend any of the Dentologie clinics in Seattle.
I went for in for an exam and cleaning with Dr. Kim and it was wonderful. She was so non judgmental and just easy to talk to. I also loved the office space and general vibe. I was previously going to another office in Ballard and am so happy I switched.
Do not visit Dentologie. They recommended very extensive dental work to me after I had received an all clear from my old dentist just 6 months prior. Dentologie told me I needed 10 fillings and a crown. I got a second opinion and that dentist only recommended 2 fillings. The receptionist said their office had received a lot of calls from people seeking second opinions after visiting Dentologie. Terrible experience.
Adi & Elan, you helped me replace a broken tooth that LITERALLY kept me from smiling and I can’t thank you enough. You have no idea how much I appreciate you. Just in time for my son’s graduation party, I’ll be able to smile again and that’s priceless. You took care of me the way Nordstrom took care of customers back in the day. Bent over backwards and went far above and beyond. Everyone is awesome and when you walk in they treat you like a VIP. Even if you have a broken front tooth!! THANK YOU!!
