Just had my first visit. Enjoyed the space and people there. This time I only did my cleaning, but dentist suggested treatment plan with detailed explanations. I did not feel like they try to convince me to make any unnecessary and expansive procedures. What was super cool is having Friends TV show on the TV while they were doing cleaning, zero pain and inconvenience. I will continue doing my treatment here. This is a very disorganized and unprofessional dental practice. On multiple occasions, my husband and I have scheduled appointments specifically with certain doctors, only to arrive and find that we are being seen by different providers we were not informed about in advance. These providers are often unfamiliar to us and were not the individuals we selected when making the appointment. From the receptionist to the billing staff, our visit was smooth and excellent. The woman at the front desk is reassuring and kind. Nadine our hygienist was gentle and thorough. Dr Melissa was quick and even showed me my teeth along the process- which I liked! Thank you!
I had another great experience at Dentologie. They got me in with no wait, explained everything in detail the communication from both Dr Nat and the dental asst Belize were top notch. I hope everyone gets an experience like this.
My first visit was great! Gentle, professional care with clear communication. But my second visit was a completely different experience. The dentist was rushed, rough, and didn’t explain anything. He pinched a part of my lip that wasn’t numb and dismissed my discomfort. While working on me, he vented about being overbooked and made an unprofessional comment about another patient. I won’t be returning.
