Good service and cleaning! Only issue is that they told me I had 11 cavities and needed to sign up for a $1400 treatment plan. This turned out to be a complete lie and was verified by my new dentist once they reviewed my X-rays. That kinda rubbed me the wrong way so I won’t be coming back.
I have been going to dentologie for the last few years and have always had a good experience. Today my dental hygienist, Abigail, was fantastic. She was thorough and did a great job explaining what she was doing. Although my teeth were good, she gave me recommendations to help keep them in good shape. I really appreciated her hard work and attention to details!
I visit Dentologie 4 times a year for cleanings and consistently have a positive experience. While I don't always have the same dental hygienist clean my teeth, the one consistent thing I notice is the excellent patient care and kind, positive attitude. Dr. Arroyo was thorough with talking through her care plan and explained the why behind what she planned to do in easy to understand terms. Highly recommend!
First time at Dentologie Lincoln Park and it was a very good experience for me. Dr M. Arroyo and her Assistant Yesiel made me feel very comfortable and they were friendly and made my dental experience less stressful. Abigail at the Front Desk was very friendly and helpful.
If I could give this company a zero I would. I went to them to fill a cavity they said needed to be refilled. In less than a year they claimed the cavity filling failed and I needed a crown. I decided to go to another dentist and he was appalled by the decay left in my tooth. He said there was no way they properly removed any decay. Leaving me with an enormous cavity now requiring more work and attention.
