The most sketchy dentist I have ever been to. They will tack on random services you didn’t ask for and charge you insane prices without warning. I went to another dentologie location earlier in the year for an emergency service. They didn’t complete the service I asked for but charged me for a ton of other random services I had no interest in. Just had my first visit. Enjoyed the space and people there. This time I only did my cleaning, but dentist suggested treatment plan with detailed explanations. I did not feel like they try to convince me to make any unnecessary and expansive procedures. What was super cool is having Friends TV show on the TV while they were doing cleaning, zero pain and inconvenience. I will continue doing my treatment here. This is a very disorganized and unprofessional dental practice. On multiple occasions, my husband and I have scheduled appointments specifically with certain doctors, only to arrive and find that we are being seen by different providers we were not informed about in advance. These providers are often unfamiliar to us and were not the individuals we selected when making the appointment. From the receptionist to the billing staff, our visit was smooth and excellent. The woman at the front desk is reassuring and kind. Nadine our hygienist was gentle and thorough. Dr Melissa was quick and even showed me my teeth along the process- which I liked! Thank you!
Dentolgie is a scam and whoever Crystal is that handles the communication is extremely unprofessional and immature. I went in for a scheduled cleaning where they proceeded to not clean my teeth but try to hand me a menu of issues i need to come back for, but then charged my insurance as if I got a cleaning. So I couldn’t get an actual cleaning elsewhere until the insurance period reset. I’ve tried numerous times to unsubscribe and opt out of their follow-ups but nothing works.
