Very informative! I felt super comfortable and did not feel ashamed! My HYG Kate was supportive and shared everything I needed to know to keep up with my teeth! From the moment you walk in you really feel like visiting a friend! Dr. Chen was super clear and calm going over my scans. He was happy to answer my questions even though they didn’t feel necessary! Thank you so much, I will be returning for my filling!
Just had my first visit. Enjoyed the space and people there. This time I only did my cleaning, but dentist suggested treatment plan with detailed explanations. I did not feel like they try to convince me to make any unnecessary and expansive procedures. What was super cool is having Friends TV show on the TV while they were doing cleaning, zero pain and inconvenience. I will continue doing my treatment here.
Dr Sai and his team are great. They actually cared about my novacain concern and took the time to explain how they'd do it to make sure im numb. They were very patient and I look forward to visiting them again for additional work.
Just had my first experience at the Lincoln Park location for an emergency visit. The facilities were clean, modern, and very trendy (without trying 'too hard'!). The dental assistant and dentist were very friendly and direct. There was no shaming for not visiting a dentist for more years than I care to admit, and they explained what was going on with my teeth in clear, concise terms. I'm excited to see they are opening an Andersonville site soon!
Such a cute dental office! I've been a long time patient at the Bucktown location, but just had an appointment here for a cleaning since there were more openings. The staff here are super sweet and accommodating, especially Dental Hygienist, Melissa! I highly recommend any Dentologie locations if you have dental anxiety. I can never go back to a regular dentist again—also helps that this location is all cute and pink.
