I visit Dentologie 4 times a year for cleanings and consistently have a positive experience. While I don't always have the same dental hygienist clean my teeth, the one consistent thing I notice is the excellent patient care and kind, positive attitude. Dr. Arroyo was thorough with talking through her care plan and explained the why behind what she planned to do in easy to understand terms. Highly recommend!
Daniela and Dr. Arroyo were great. The cleaning and diagnostic processes were smooth and not time consuming. The rooms are very clean and well kept. The tv on the ceiling was a great touch to keep me entertained. Highly recommend Dentologie in Lincoln park.
If I could give this company a zero I would. I went to them to fill a cavity they said needed to be refilled. In less than a year they claimed the cavity filling failed and I needed a crown. I decided to go to another dentist and he was appalled by the decay left in my tooth. He said there was no way they properly removed any decay. Leaving me with an enormous cavity now requiring more work and attention. The most sketchy dentist I have ever been to. They will tack on random services you didn’t ask for and charge you insane prices without warning. I went to another dentologie location earlier in the year for an emergency service. They didn’t complete the service I asked for but charged me for a ton of other random services I had no interest in. Just had my first visit. Enjoyed the space and people there. This time I only did my cleaning, but dentist suggested treatment plan with detailed explanations. I did not feel like they try to convince me to make any unnecessary and expansive procedures. What was super cool is having Friends TV show on the TV while they were doing cleaning, zero pain and inconvenience. I will continue doing my treatment here.
