I had an incredible experience at Dentologie - Oak Park River Forest! The office is always clean, relaxing, and features a great playlist that keeps the vibe upbeat. Dr. Muscutt and Karolina were absolutely amazing, professional, and genuine from start to finish. They made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire visit, and I left the office with a huge, pearly white smile on my face. I highly recommend this fantastic team to anyone looking for top-tier dental care!
The facility is beautiful! I was impressed at first sight. The staff were incredibly welcoming and I love that. Even at 8 in the morning. Everyone had bubbly personalities. Greeted with smiles. In my experiences with all dental professionals in my life(I'm 39 YRS old) the Dental team at Dentologie in Oak Park River Forest are the absolute best. Their professionalism, courtesy and technical expertise are very high. They will work with you diligently to get insurance and payment figured out as well. They really care and are the best! Highly recommended. Also the entire practice is very clean and Modern. Great JOB TEAM!!
I had a very disappointing experience. The technician hurt me multiple times while trying to place my button and was ultimately unable to put it in. It was painful and very upsetting. When the dentist came in, instead of checking me or assessing what had happened, they simply said it was okay to leave without the button. I expected much better care, communication, and concern for my well-being. I hope this office improves its patient care so others do not have a similar experience.
Had an AMAZING first experience with the team at dentologie! Nataleigh and Rodney were exceptional at making the experience comfortable and welcoming. After I explained my previous experience with a different dentist they decided to tackle my problem areas one at a time. Araceli was able to explain everything about cost for my treatment plan and get everything rescheduled right away which I’m so grateful for!
