I have been here twice now and have had great experiences both times. I had not visited a dentist for several years and have anxiety about the dentist in general, but the team here is fantastic and made me very comfortable . The receptionist, hygienists, and Dr. Edralin are all very friendly and personable. Definitely recommend!
**WARNING** Don't go to this dentist place because they bill your insurance before they even do any work on you. I am going through a billing nightmare and am unable to get work done with an actual orthodontist because this office billed my insurance before hand. NOW, 6 months later, I'm still fighting them to get them to refund my insurance so I can get work done since they MAXED out my benefits and no service was even received. Let's start with the fact that I'm scared of dentists. I've been in and out of cavity fillings as a kid into adulthood and its never fun. I don't know why I panic so hard with my mouth but I do. I didn't feel that overwhelming anxiety today. I had a great visit with tons of communication from a POV I hadn't been exposed to before. Thank you for everything!
Dr. Monks and Karolina were great at explaining my options moving forward for care. I also absolutely love to see a woman in a field where it has historically been more male dominated, too. Super friendly staff and really educated hygienist as well.
I have concerns about Dentologie's business ethics. Unintentionally or intentionally, Dentologie double-billed me and my insurance for a crown 6 months ago, which led to Dentologie telling me my benefits are "maxed out" and expecting cash for prevention care, which is covered by my insurance regardless of annual maximum (which my insurance confirms has yet to be reached).
