Today was my first visit as a new patient. I must say I had great experience. As soon as I walked in , I was greeted by a friendly, receptionist in a beautiful new office I met with Blanca the dental assistant right away no wait time at all. I’m so impressed with this office. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The office is spotless, modern, and beautifully designed, which immediately put me at ease and the the music is such a vibe in there and can't forget the tv in the ceiling so cool ! All the dentists here are incredibly knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to explain every step of the process and answer all my questions. The dentist went above and beyond. Dr. Kala Frazier did a full and thorough examination of my entire mouth, not just the problematic area that was bothersome. She made me feel very comfortable and very welcomed, I am extremely satisfied walking about of the office. She was extremely informative and didn’t rush me in and out. I will definitely be a returning customer. Overall, the service at Dentologie Oak Park was very professional all the way from the receptionist up to the dentist. I am very pleased.
Friendly staff, clean modern office. The appointment went great. Blanca was kind and gentle taking x-rays and photographs of my teeth. Dr. Akel was very thorough with her exam and informative. On the way out I was given a summary of my expenses being billed my insurance company everything and everyone was very professional. I will be returning and referring friends and family.
Not only were they extremely professional, everyone was extremely polite, kind, thoughtful and intentional. I will be returning back and recommending my close friends/family as well! Keep up the amazing work guys!
