I Had a wonderful vist today at Dentologie in Oak Park/River Forest. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The professionalism and knowledge was phenomenal. The office was clean and sanitized down to the bathrooms being very clean. Dr. Natalie, GiGi and Araceli were Awesome!!! I would definitely recommend. 💯
I wanted to try this place out, because my old dentist is in Lincoln Park and I am tired of doing that commute. I saw this place was in-network, had great reviews, AND HAD EVENING APPOINTMENTS!!! That’s just unheard of! I walked in and was greeted by Araceli, then the Hygienist Sarah came to get me in the lobby and explained everything that was about to happen. My dentist hygienist Karolina is awesome person. She make sure you are comfortable engage in conversation with me. The manager Jennifer has a great spirit and she was very helpful on a billing matter. I made sure to thank her when I went in for my routine cleaning today. My husband and I have been with Dentologie in Oak Park/River Forest for some years now.
The front desk, hygienist, and doctor were very nice. They did a good job on the cleaning. They even gave me sunglasses so I didn’t have to stare at the bright lights. There is also a tv to watch during the procedure, which is a nice bonus. They explained their findings clearly and provided recommendations. They also explained what is covered under insurance and what is not. Entire process was very easy and painless.
The entire staff was extremely professional, courteous, and attentive. They took the time to explain everything that was going on, so I always knew what to expect. The appointment was completely pain-free, and the office was spotless with a very clean, modern environment.
