Today was my first visit as a new patient. I must say I had great experience. As soon as I walked in , I was greeted by a friendly, receptionist in a beautiful new office I met with Blanca the dental assistant right away no wait time at all. Blanca was kind and gentle taking X-rays and photographs of a problematic tooth. Shortly after I met with Dr. R. Akel who I would describe as friendly, thorough and informative. They were very kind and prompt. Also, explained exactly what they were doing throughout the visit.
Friendly staff, clean modern office. The appointment went great. Blanca was kind and gentle taking x-rays and photographs of my teeth. Dr. Akel was very thorough with her exam and informative. On the way out I was given a summary of my expenses being billed my insurance company everything and everyone was very professional. I will be returning and referring friends and family.
The dentist went above and beyond. Dr. Kala Frazier did a full and thorough examination of my entire mouth, not just the problematic area that was bothersome. She made me feel very comfortable and very welcomed, I am extremely satisfied walking about of the office. She was extremely informative and didn’t rush me in and out. I will definitely be a returning customer. Overall, the service at Dentologie Oak Park was very professional all the way from the receptionist up to the dentist. I am very pleased.
I been to quite a few dentist places, but here the services, the knowledge and OMG the friendliness is amazing. From start to finish everyone is just fantastic. I’m happy my coworker told me about Dentologie.
