This office is great. I came in with a question about my permanent bottom retainer and they were able to help remove it, get me set up with a removable retainer and help set me up for future cleanings with their Dentologie Plus program. I wanted to like this place because it’s conveniently located and they take my insurance. But my experience was pretty poor. I found out I had to get a root canal. I have a lot of dental trauma and I explained that to them. The day of my root canal I asked about my partner coming back with me. They said that was fine, and she held my hand out of the way of the doctor during the procedure. I requested nitrous, and 3 times they tried to talk me out of it. I’ve been a patient at Dentologie for several years, but unfortunately, the quality of care has noticeably declined. There is a constant turnover of dental hygienists, making it difficult to maintain continuity of care, and I never know who will be treating me at each visit. During my most recent cleaning, the hygienist, Nicole, was extremely rough—leaving my gums in significant pain, which I have never experienced before, even with existing gum recession. The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth was extremely professional and kind. She really tried hard to relate to me and make sure I was taking care of myself. She was so nice 😊 Every time I come to this place it truly has the best people working there.
I made a same day emergency appointment and was seen right away by a very personable and helpful staff. I am very happy with the price and quality of work that was done (two crowns on broken teeth). I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a regular dentist or for emergency appointments.
