I loved the service I received from the front desk receptionists, to the assistants that called me to the back, they gave me a blanket to keep me warm and roses salve moisturizer for my lips before my fillings and the doctor that made me feel comfortable just by explaining the procedure to me knowing how afraid I was of coming to the dentist in the first place but made me feel comfortable and with the ease in knowing she would take care of me. I just moved back to Chicago and needed a new dentist. I found Dentologie online and thought it looked like a great place. I made my appointment online at the South Loop location and it was easy. My appointment was interesting. I had 18 X-Rays taken and it wasn't pleasant! The dental assistant wasn't gentle. Then I had to wait for the dental hygienist to arrive. Dr. Song and Liz are so caring and professional. I would recommend Dentologie to anyone who is afraid of the dentist because of a previously bad experience. Dentologie will completely change your perception of having dental work done. They take their time, are gentle and explain everything in detail. Hands down they are the best.
Best dental experience I’ve ever had! I got to watch my favorite show during my teeth cleaning so I felt very comfortable. Everyone was so nice and professional, and provided great service. I can’t wait to go back in 6 months :)
loved The front desk staff were nice Faith was the hygienist she was amazing and takes her job very seriously. Lastly the cleanliness of the office the washroom and the way everything was wiped down immediately after services I paid attention to how the dentist and the hygienist changed gloves and washed hands. I will be back this will be my home dentist. Also the Dentist Dr. Patel explained everything to me in detail I loved that.
