Dr. Badat was so nice and explained everything. All my questions were answered and I love that I didn’t feel rushed and he went through each step of my treatment plan. Probably the best dentist appointment I have ever had. Everyone at the office was so kind and kept asking if I had questions along the way. The front desk girl was awesome and very personable! I had an awesome experience with Molly and Candace. They made the dentist an enjoyable experience. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and overall great people to talk to. I felt like I was in good hands and will definitely be in every 6 months.
Had an exceptional first visit at Dentologie!! I don’t have dental insurance - the front desk texted me prior to my appointment to let me know how much my visit was going to be and offered me their in-office insurance which was a great deal. Dr. Song and RDH Stef were awesome - very thorough, yet gentle cleaning. Doctor only suggested treatment that was a must and was honest about what can be prevented. Glad I found this place 😊
All of the staff were super welcoming and caring. Doctor was also great and professional, gave me his honest opinion on what option would work best for me and not only recommending me the most expensive option like most places do these days. The aesthetic of the place makes the visit fun and the space is spot on clean!
I changed my dental firm since the previous one was overcharging me on the claims. But boy oh boy was I in for a surprise. These guys make the previous place look angelic. If there ever needed to be course on how NOT to be transparent with the client, this team would win it BIG! They told me I owed nothing for my first visit. When i got the EOB from my insurance, it told me otherwise. They signed me up a two-part deep cleaning and saying all I will need to pay is $25.
