Jim and Sancie are amazing Instructors. Both are very knowledgeable of the job and will do anything and everything to make sure you feel confident in class. You can ask any sort of question without hesitation, they are very patient, understanding instructors. Only complaints about the school overall is how us students are not allowed to be in contact with the instructors. No email or phone. Which makes zero sense in a school/learning environment. I appreciate my medical assistant instructors, Jim and Sancie for their dedication and support throughout the program. They explain the material clearly and make sure we’re prepared both academically and clinically. The hands-on training has helped me build real confidence in my skills, and I feel ready to step into the healthcare field because of their guidance.
