Top rating to the laser tech Katie, who was very professional and explained the procedure throughly as well as checked in on my comfort during the entire process. I am thrilled with the results of BBL Laser - it evened out my skin tone and improved sun damaged areas.
I come here 2–3 times a week for photo therapy. Everyone is friendly, and they all have really nice, comforting voices. It always makes the experience better.
I am continuously frustrated with this clinic. After waiting months for my first appointment for acne I was told accutane is the only treatment after expressing I did not want to start accutane unless completely needed i was prescribed a medication that has side effects of lowering blood pressure. The doctor did not check my blood pressure, I already have extremely low blood pressure so to immediately prescribe me this medication without checking is extremely dangerous. Lovely, professional office. I was acknowledged as soon as I arrived. I was taken in to an exam room within moments of arriving. The doctor came to see me right away. She was knowledgeable and able to deal with my issue immediately. She was kind and thorough. She made sure I was aware of what to do after my appointment. She made me feel valued and confident in her care. Once I was done, I met with the front staff briefly and was on my way. If you are in need of dermatology services, I would highly recommend this office
Location is convenient. Lots of street parking available nearby. Reception staff is lovely and friendly. Dr. Scali is amazing and takes my best interests to heart and empathizes with me. Very thankful for the work that they do here.
