Top rating to the laser tech Katie, who was very professional and explained the procedure throughly as well as checked in on my comfort during the entire process. I am thrilled with the results of BBL Laser - it evened out my skin tone and improved sun damaged areas.
I come here 2–3 times a week for photo therapy. Everyone is friendly, and they all have really nice, comforting voices. It always makes the experience better.
The front line staff are wonderful so friendly and accommodating making you feel welcomed. Dr. Anne Davis is an incredible Dermatologist very knowledgeable. Dr. Davis is easy to communicate with and she makes you feel comfortable and that you have been in capable hands. Dr. Davis always make sure that she has time for your questions or concerns. You leave knowing you have been thoroughly examined and go home feeling good.
Lovely, professional office. I was acknowledged as soon as I arrived. I was taken in to an exam room within moments of arriving. The doctor came to see me right away. She was knowledgeable and able to deal with my issue immediately. She was kind and thorough. She made sure I was aware of what to do after my appointment. She made me feel valued and confident in her care. Once I was done, I met with the front staff briefly and was on my way. If you are in need of dermatology services, I would highly recommend this office
Waited 3 months two spent 60 seconds with their dermatologist. Every concern is deflected, I was basically rushed out. DERM Lab - you are not the only busy here. You wasted 1.5 hrs of my time. I would never come if knew what is this appointment about...
