Our dog, a Thai Ridgeback, had been experiencing hair loss. Getting an appointment was easy and the quality, care and thoroughness of the 1.5 hour examination was superlative. The doctor and staff were extremely conscientious, professional and friendly and provided a detailed treatment plan at the conclusion of the visit. This place is amazing! My dog had severe allergies along with serious skin and ear infections because of it. I found this place randomly on Google, and they truly were lifesavers for us. They really took the time to listen, worked with our situation, and helped us figure everything out. My dog started feeling better within just a few days and was back to being the happy, smiley dog he was before all the allergy issues. I was referred here for a persistent issue with my cat Sage. Though I had never been here before the staff and doctors were very friendly and nice making us feel welcome. The clinic is clean and cheerful with holiday decorations and snack and coffee machines, creating a positive atmosphere. Dr. Parsiola explained the course of treatment clearly and made it clear I could contact her anytime. I feel Sage and I will be well supported by this clinic.
