I cannot recommend this clinic enough! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. Chelsea is absolutely incredible! her expertise, attention to detail, and warm personality made the entire experience so enjoyable. She took the time to understand my goals and thoroughly explained the process, which made me feel completely comfortable. I feel great! And results are just what I wanted :)
I had the Clear and Brilliant done for the first time. My technician was lovely and took great care of me. I was comfortable and loved that I was given a post-care package to make sure i had good products to keep support the procedure.
Very satisfied with my 1st visit at Dermphi Centre. Still waiting for the results. This place is very immaculate and modern. Bethanie was very professional, sweet and patient. She took her time to explain everything and answered effectively all of my questions 😃 I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who is interested in cosmetic dermatology.
Bethanie was great! She explained everything clearly and checked in with me regularly as she was doing the procedure. She also checked in with me a couple days after to see how I was doing. Excellent customer service!
