Worst experience ever! Extremely disappointed with both my treatment and the clinic's response. I clearly requested a subtle brow lift while maintaining natural movement, but instead was left with an over-frozen glabella and virtually no brow lift—the complete opposite of what I asked for. When I raised my concerns, the clinic simply defended the outcome rather than acknowledging it failed to achieve my treatment goals. I had a fantastic experience at my recent Dermphi Centre appointment. Chelsea was knowledgeable, informative, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly, which made me feel completely comfortable. She did a great job - very happy with the results already! The reception staff were also super friendly and accommodating, and the clinic itself was meticulously clean. 5/5 on all counts — highly recommend!
This review is about my experience, not their products. The reception area is attractive with all of their products on display and the personnel are polite and professional. I made an appointment for a skin consultation during their sale event, then changed my mind about going, but I thought that cancelling less than 24 hours ahead would have cost me $150.00. After having a spot on my back turn out to be Melanoma I had the Mole Mapping done utilizing their new high tech camera system. It looks at you entire body and maps your moles so when you have it done again in future the equipment will cross reference looking for changes. Should anything look suspicious they complete the biopsy immediately. The whole process was great with amazing attentive staff. I highly recommend having this done at the clinic. Great experience!
Chelsea was wonderful. She went over the pros and cons and the likely outcome. She answered all my questions and I love her soft touch! Almost no pain! She has the less is more approach and I like being able to build up to my desired outcome. I have to mention parking is awful for large vehicles, though.
