From the moment I entered into the clinic was calm and comfortable. Smiling staff behind the desk. The nurse that did my procedure was fantastic! Very knowledgeable. Not safe for pigmented skin! I was burned!! I was assured that laser hair removal at DermPhi was safe for my skin tone. My first session went fine, but during the second, nearly a quarter of my areola was burned off due to negligence. This has left a permanent injury that I now have to live with. I tried speaking to the clinic many times for an explanation. It was only after I asked for a refund did the clinic director finally respond. I had such an amazing experience with Tara, Chelsea and Elle! All the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming upon entering the clinic. It was my first time getting filler and Tara explained the procedure in depth. She exceeded my expectations, it was painless, quick, and exactly what I’ve asked for. The healing process has also been amazing!! Minimal bruising and swelling. The staff here are well educated and truly so talented at their jobs!!
