I’ve been going to Dermphi For a couple of years now, and all of my experiences there have been really positive. Chelsea has done a few procedures for me and she is exceptional. She takes the time to sit down with me and explain in detail the procedure and what to expect afterwards. She calmed my nerves about the treatment. she is so knowledgable! I know I’m in good hands when I see her. I’m very pleased with the results!
I’ve seen Chelsea over the last 6 months for my Sculptra injections (3) and a Botox and chemical peel treatment. Chelsea was absolutely delightful and incredibly informative. I went in, for he first time, a little nervous and unsure of what to expect. I was considering some treatments for my facial skin in order to take a couple years off. Chelsea spent an enormous amount of time with me and my wife explaining how the treatments work in full. I purchased a very over priced IPL series of 3 treatments for $1,800 and after a stressful and ineffective first session I asked for a refund. They withheld a further 5% as a “transaction fee”. Other clinics offer IPL considerably less expensively and include a mini facial. I would not recommend this clinic.
I had a wonderful experience at DermPhi. I had a detailed consultation about my skincare needs and goals with Tazz, who was able to recommend a treatment plan. I was booked in quickly, and Mona completed my laser appointment. Mona was professional and highly skilled, and walked me through every step of the process. I am loving my results and look forward to returning!
