The representative was flawlessly helpful. They answered all my questions very thoroughly and called me back when the call dropped. This place was extremely professional and courteous.
Darrel's Mini Storage provides exceptional service and fosters strong customer relationships. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns.
Tracy is great. She was very helpful and friendly. But her relief manager Steve, needs a little more training in customer service. He was rude, that fact he said "We don't care" was very rude. He doesn't know what people are going through, he should have a little more sympathy. When he says we don't care, he's making the whole company of @Derrels Storage look bad. Times are bad for some people and not by choice. The economy has gotten hard so keep that in mind, Steve!
Smaller facility just north of Kaiser Hospital and a half mile from River Park. Well-maintained site. Fair rates and excellent staff - can't beat the full-time managers, Tracy and Charlie. Best of if the best. Highly recommend!
Was in need of a unit and was able to secure one with no problems or issues. Penny was wonderful/funny and made the process easy.
